Walk in customer for a classic mani pedi (no colour) and unfortunately it was an unpleasant experience - this is an extension of services they had apart from facial which has good reviews.

Friendly nail technician but it seems like the whole process is rushed and was a bit too aggressive. Eventually my little finger/nail got injured pretty badly. Bleeding didn’t stop immediately and carried on throughout the night, leaving quite a mark. Pics indicated the start of bleeding, 1 hour after and 5 hours later.

Paid the full $82.84 for the service + removal and inclusive of GST. I would suggest to be more careful and not rush through the process.

I recently visited Renaza and had a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. Renaza does not honor its package purchase with me. After purchase of packages, they will reduce the frequency of when you can do the treatment and refuse to provide appointment slots. Be prepared for "black face" and rude service from them if you do not top up your packages

Decent service and pretty clean facility. Very convenient location in the CBD. So I guess the price point is also higher since their target audience are working adults in the cbd area.

Actually found them to be quite pushy (mainly the manager Rachel) based on my experience with them (more than 1 year) if you show some signs of interest but hesitate to purchase package. Will allow you to secure the 'discounted deal' by paying partial amount first.

Initially feels like almost after every session or 2, will start pushing for more sessions/buy IPL shots.. as when I first bought it was a trial and then purchased like a 3 or 5 session after that. Good if you have deep pockets n willing to invest I guess.

Good facial place - Rachal does a great diagnosis and recommends the treatment well! Carys and Eve are also very experienced therapists, I always leave feeling refreshed and with much cleaner skin!
