Massage was out of this world. Like hands of God. I don’t joke about these things. If you’re in need of healing therapy this is the place to go. The chiropractic work is amazing and educational for post care, they do sound medicine baths, haaaave stellar polar plunges, and incredible yoga instructors! The location is convenient for me because it's right next to my friend's elite running gym. I can easily pop over after my workouts and training sessions. Juli and John are amazing - they are very knowledgeable when it comes to your health and recovery. The new receptionist is also kind and very professional. The facility is clean and has a high-vibrational atmosphere. I would definitely recommend checking this place out - it's a 10/10 for me!

Was searching for a place to have a cold plunge as we were in town for a mtn bike race. Legs were extremely sore and found this place. Called over and was able to get in that night!! They went the extra mile to make sure we had a great experience. Clean and very professional.!

My experience was absolutely amazing today! I got a 90 min massage from Julie and it was literally the best massage I’ve ever had. My body is feeling relaxed and refreshed. Definitely 10/10 recommend!

Rekup is the community I needed. Love the people we meet and the people we support. I spend every week in yoga! I am so thankful I was trained to be a teacher at Rekup. John is a chiropractor who genuinely cares about what he provides and who he helps. Julie is an INCREDIBLE message therapist and being around her is a treat in and of itself. Cold plunge and sauna are the icing on top. Rekup has everything you need and that much more 1000/10!!

I have been a long-standing client here and absolutely love all of their services! The chiropractic care, the massages, the arrange of classes, all of their amenities are top-notch!

I have also gotten stem cell therapy from Rekup, and it has helped my shoulder injury immensely !

Did my first ever yoga session with Stevee and she was AWESOME. Super friendly for beginners with good patience while simultaneously keeping the class progressing. Well-done and I will definitely be coming back to spend more Tuesday evenings here!

Oh, and the facilities are nice. Haven’t tried the sauna or cold plunges yet, but it’s in my to-do list 🙂
