Such a bizarre experience. I walked in and I explained this was my first time doing CryoTherapy. She looked really confused and was quite unhelpful it figuring out what my appointment was for (full body vs. facial). After we determined I would be getting the facial, she brought me in a room, told me to lay down immediately started. Despite knowing it was my first time, she never explained what to expect, how long it would take, what the outcomes would be, etc. After we finished, she told me I done and walked me out of the room. and that was it.

Separately, it’s really hard to find. There is no signage outside and other than the small poster that is posted next to the facility door, you’ll likely miss it when you walk in. Felt sketchy.

Really weird experience and I most definitely will not be retuning.

Unlike other facials, this one was performed upright and didn't involve anything — meaning, not a single product was used — but below-freezing air. And it was cold. Imagine sticking your face in a freezer for a few minutes — that's how cold it was. Luckily, the entire treatment was super quick, so it was over before I began to feel too uncomfortable.

The technicians Kiana told me the infrared light and cryotherapy together would result in instantly tighter, firmer, and glowing skin, and, sure enough, they were right.

Amazing nurse who knows so much. Felt super at ease and was blown away about the knowledge that they have there. During the IV the nurse was constantly there to help me if needed and made sure I felt comfortable. I had chosen the NAD+ iv and felt great afterwards. If you’re looking for a place to get your vitamins in trough iv, this is the place!

The manager/owner is very rude, condescending and disrespectful. I had a package of 5 sessions for full body cryo and I had to cancel the Groupon bc the way she treated me when I couldn't get into the place was astonishing to me. They don't even have a store front like a normal business. 😒 so of course you're gonna need to know where you're going. This person refused to help. Became annoyed with me and tried to gaslight me when I addressed their behavior. I DO NOT recommend this place. There are plenty of other places that will value your time and money.

I’ve been coming here for a while now and I’m completely hooked. Not only do I feel amazing after a whole body cryotherapy session, but the staff is always so great and helpful. They will guide you through every step of the process to ensure that you are comfortable and everything runs smoothly. The manager, Cynthia, was even kind enough to honor a promotional package that was offered on a third party website! I highly recommend this place 🙂

I would honestly leave this place zero stars if I could.

First off, the space is uninviting and feels like you're in some strange laboratory.

Just had the most unpleasant and stressful experience with the female owner. I had issues redeeming my Groupon and instead of finding an equitable solution, she insists that I pay way above the Groupon price.

I then asked a friend to purchase the Groupon so that I wouldn't have to pay an additional $60 for a service that lasted a total of 3 minutes.

Ad I'm waiting on the voucher from my friend, the owner then tells me that she'll allow me to pay the Groupon price because it's not worth going back and forth for $40. At this point, I was left dumbfounded. As this woman literally made me run through hoops and then casually states that I can pay my original price when she said that I couldn't.

Another thing is she was extremely condescending the entire time and kept suggesting that I had perhaps cancelled my order or asked for a refund and was now trying to redeem it. How insulting!

The only silver lining of this entire experience was the receptionist who was very respectful and calm throughout the entire process and kept trying to find ways to help me redeem my Groupon.

It's interesting how the receptionist had a greater sense of customer service than the actual owner.

P.S. There are much nicer places and friendlier faces that offer IV Drips and Cryo.
