Such a great place with wonderful service. I love going to Yoga classes. Both Iyengar yoga and Aeroflex yoga is great, and help me a lot with my health issues. The instructors are great. And the prices are very affordable.

The irido screening test is amazing, I’ve never seen anything like that. Just by taking picture of your eye, you can see all your organs’ functionality and intoxication levels. Didn’t even have to do a blood test or anything. What’s interesting is that the results were so true, matching with all my symptoms. Now I know what’s causing my problems. Highly recommended. Everyone needs to get tested at least once a year.

It’s not a medical center, but the staff here is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They do really take care of your health. I was suffering from constant headaches, anxiety issues and insomnia; due to the breathing exercises and the herbal supplements I feel much better.

I enjoy the breathing exercises. I hate working out, so the one hour of breathing exercises are perfect for me. I lost almost 10 pounds within 2-3weeks, it’s unbelievable.
