First time at this spa and had Zoe do a treatment for myself and my husband. Best experience I have had! My skin feels and looks fantastic thanks to her. I have been going to renew beauty since 2022, and I absolutely love them! Kelly is my nurse and I wouldn’t have it any other way! Every time she does it exactly as I am expecting! I am so impressed with the owner as well she is so beautiful and so kind and cares about her patients/customers! You never get the see the owner of a company but she is literally there everyday making sure we have an awesome experience. So make sure to visit them you won’t regret it!

I had an amazing experience with Zoe! It was incredibly relaxing, and my face was literally glowing when I left. Zoe took the time to really analyze my skin and talk me through all the options. I loved that she didn't try to upsell me on things I didn’t need—she was honest and transparent, which I really appreciated. It made me trust her even more. The customer service was fantastic, and I now book all my appointments with her. I'm really looking forward to our next one!! Highly recommend Zoe to anyone looking for a genuine, thoughtful experience.

As always, a wonderful experience with Heather and Louise! I’ve gone to Renew for years because of them! Heather is incredibly detailed at injecting to ensure it’s perfect and natural. I love that Heather is so delicate as well, I don’t bruise. I got my lips done on Thursday and received so many compliments on my lips(on injection day you are super swollen but everyone said they look incredible). Louise ensures everyone feels comfortable and truly takes care of her clients ? I will be back to see them soon!

I have visited the Northpark location several times and i've had an excellent experience each time. They take time to listen to concerns and use their expertise to help with the right choice of procedures. Taylor did my last pixel8 RF Microneedling and checked on my progress during the next few weeks. The staff is very caring, including the wonderful owner Lou.
