Food is great easy 5 Stars, Layout and service of this place horrible. You sit like in tiny cube with window. The window opens up the guy throws your food in front of you. Does not even say anything back when I said thank you. Forgot the garlic and chilly. On the end the just add 16% service charge!!! For what service Legally she mentions would you like to take off the service charge. But who will ask that most people will be embarrassed! What happen to the US such greed everywhere 🙁

GRATUITY IS INCLUDED. Would be nice if someone told a first timer that, especially when they didn’t even serve us. Went on a Sunday night. The wait was 45 minutes so we ordered our food to eat outside. Too much of a hassle to complain about the additional order of ramen I was charged for. The ramen itself was good, not spectacular. The first piece of pork I had just melted in my mouth. The second piece was surprisingly dry. I have to say the noodle texture was really good and the broth was flavorful. We ordered the combos that include a mini rice bowl and salad, but I don’t think it was worth the extra $7. We also ordered the eel tempura buns, I’d actually like them more without the tempura batter.
There’s limited parking in the front next to the street, but there’s more parking around the back.

I was really pleasantly surprised with the delightful experience and happy with the delicious food. The only cautionary note is the potential long wait and the remedy is to definitely pre-register ahead of time.

All of the tables are placed around the kitchen, with a window into the busy actions of the kitchen. Ordering and serving are done through the kitchen window. It was quite a fun and refreshing experience.

The ramen were done perfectly, soup wasn’t too salty. I had the tonkatsu soup, it was thick and tasty with body and substance, but it wasn’t oily nor too salty. I finished the noodles and asked to bring home the soup. It was great with Nioguri instant noodles as wel

We noticed that many people didn’t wanted to wait and ordered Togo, probably eating at the tables outside, it won’t beat the full experience but could be a feasible option if the wait is too long.

I visited this 5-star ramen-ya with my wife. We decided to pick up ramen and chicken with rice since we didn't have time to sit down. But when walking in we were greeted by a friendly and smiling staff. The interior design is cozy, warm, and inviting. It is also very clean and neatly organized. The menu is not overwhelming and has great options including vegetarian options and even chicken for people who don’t eat pork like us. Once we arrived home we could easily warm up the food in a convenient packaging. The flavors were extremely rich and satisfying. The broth, noodles, and other ingredients were fresh and delicious. Chefs Hiro and Nori know their craft and have perfected the recipe for authentic Japanese ramen! we highly recommend this place who are looking to enjoy delicious Japanese cuisine or just explore new tastes!

My partner got the Tonkotsu Ramen and I got the Spicy Cold Dipping Noodle, then we split the eel tempura dumplings. The tonkotsu had a very creamy broth that was great for the cold weather (eating this during the winter). The Spicy Cold Dipping Noodles tasted great, definitely a more unique noodle that I wanted to try finally. Had a great subtle spicy that added to the noodles as you ate them. Speaking of the noodles we got the thick noodles which were just perfect. Serving size was rather large compared to other ramen shops so that's a big plus. We will definitely be coming back!

Broth was flavorful and the noodles were nice and chewy. The charsui was also good but not memorable. Unfortunately the most memorable event was the lack of AC while we were there. I mean we were sitting right below the vents. A mention to the wait staff and we started feeling some air after a while.

We went to ENCLAVE- Torrance. My husband got Tonkotsu ramen and i got Pork Bowl. Ramen is not good and overpiced. My pork bowl is cold but the pork bun is good. The service fee is mandatory pls take note of that..And the server told us about the service fee of 16.4% is MANDATORY when we alrdy finished eating. Pls be aware of it. Will i recommend this to my family and friends? NO, and we’re not coming back here.

I know the place for having such a delicious vengan broth but today I oredered online and fairly disappointed on the amount of oil there is in the broth. Killed literally the flavor of it and my time to enjoy my lunch.
