Was hoping for a better first experience here but was sadly disappointed. The bathrooms and women’s locker room were dirty and in need of a deep clean, there were bugs on the refreshment bar when we arrived, suite dryer not working etc, in general the locker room needs attention. The pool area is private and was quiet but was very basic and needed to be skimmed/cleaned when we were there. Front desk staff was also hit or miss, our spa attendant was lovely but the front desk attendant was not very welcoming and off-putting.
As someone who frequents the local competitor spas and has traveled to many resorts and spas in other areas this one lacks in customer experience and overall cleanliness.

I give my massage therapist, Mary 5 stars. I had some chronic hip pain that literally was gone after just a 50 minute full body massage. She was friendly and very customer focused. The overall facility was a little run down. Older tile and the steam showers smelled of mildew. The sauna was nice but other than that the amenities were just average not very luxurious. Mary made the experience worth going back. She was amazing!!

Posting a review after sending my mom for a restful afternoon.

Booking online was kind of a hassle because I was scheduling multiple services, but I was able to get things scheduled back to back which was great!

She had a massage and a pedicure, both of which she loved. She said that the massage therapist used just the right amount of pressure and was very considerate of her medical conditions which made her able to relax. The pedicure was also very relaxing for her.

She had full access to both the indoor and outdoor pools, and she enjoyed use of the sauna and jacuzzi and grabbed a small bite at the cafe. A person can enjoy a full day here with all of the access there is.

She thoroughly enjoyed herself and can’t wait to go back!

It’s sad. This place use to be so nice and friendly. It was fun for groups and solo individuals. I use to visit often and I spoke to many people about it.
They have become snobby and unprofessional. You call and speak to Managaent and when they say they will call you back… they NEVER RETURN THE CALLS. I called 5 times… just this month (not counting the previous 2 months) and no one ever called me back. They did not care to book a service.
This is not how it use to be when previous managers ran the spa and I know because I went all the time. I loved it!
The spa got remodeled and now they are too good for anyone that’s not wealthy…. So even though they charge you roughly $250 with a required service charge for your nails that is not enough to use their facility! They are not there for regular individuals, just the wealthy…
So I will not go back to that spa!!! They can NEVER RETURN CALLS, they are Rude!!! Unprofessional and Ridiculous. I don’t need them! I have other choices!

So sad… that brand has lost their reputation from what it was stood for.

Had the MOST amazing experience. From the moment entered the spa through my checkout…I felt so appreciated. I was greeted warmly with a smile and escorted to the locker room. Then escorted to a gorgeous meditation room where I was offered champagne to relax before my massage with Jen. I have to say, my massage was the best I’ve ever had. Jen concentrated on my problem areas and her hands were pure magic! I will be back monthly for sure. Thank you Jen and the entire Sawgrass Spa staff!

Eric the massage therapist was wonderful, i would give him 5 stars. The lady who did my facial was rough, not a relaxing experience. Whirlpool was dirty, had black scum above the water mark which I didn't notice until bubbler was turned off.
