I have visited the lovely Leila for reiki sessions and aromatherapy messages.

As someone who struggles to switch off I find Lelia has healing hands and is really able to guide me in to complete state of relaxation.

I recently attended an crystal meditation workshop. It was wonderful I learnt lots about the healing power of rose quarts and its uses, including how to intuitively choose crystals, create crystal grids, cleanse and charge crystals. The guided meditations in the sesnory rooms were amazing.

Rarely can I actually achieve a meditative state when I try at home, but at some points I felt like I was in a trance of pure calmness.

Lelia created a really relaxed friendly environment and it was a pleasure to meet other like minded people.

We even got to take home a beautiful booklet with all the information we learnt and more.

Leila is experienced and knowledgeable in Reiki and her warm, relaxed and friendly personality just adds to the enjoyment of learning this new skill.

I visited today to redeem my mother's day massage which I'd been bought as a gift, I was met by Leila at the door, which was a nice touch as I was unsure where to go, Leila took me to the treatment room and I completed a health questionnaire. Leila then let me pick an oil for my treatment, they all smelt amazing, I again felt this was really good, and kept my preferences in mind. the treatment room was lovely, clean and relaxing. I had a 1 hour aromatherapy massage, from start to finish I was relaxed and calm and felt at ease, I will 100% be back soon, and highly recommend Humankind Wellness.

I learned Reiki level 1 over 2.5 days.
Wow what an experience!
Leila was my instructor, she was really good.
She filled me with confidence to administer Reiki to my family and friends.
The setting was peaceful and tranquil, any questions were answered.
I recommend anyone wanting to learn Reiki to contact humankind wellness as they are informal but professional.
I will be certainly going back to further my Reiki training.

I Had an aromatherapy massage by Leila, a Highly Professional service. I felt calm and relaxed throughout. Leila had several home made oils all with different health benefits, I was able to pick one that suited me, this was a nice added touch. I left feeling zen and uplifted. Can't wait to go back, Highly recommend!

I've been a client of Leila for about four years now. Leila's Serenity treatment is wonderful and relaxing. After each treatment I feel relaxed and centred. I've also had Reiki training from Leila which was amazing and a skill I use frequently.

Did my Reiki Lv 1 here the weekend just gone. Words can't describe what an experience this was. Fantastic. Leila and San are both lovely people.

Leila held the course over the 2 days. She was great. Made the whole group at ease, offering herbal teas and gave us lots of useful information- even print outs for us to take home! the Reiki practice itself was so lovely, Leila assisted where needed.
I finished the course feeling a more lighter person with a gift that will never leave.
