I highly recommend Aesthete Medical Wellness and Medspa. I had the best facial with Irini. For days after the treatment, I was glowing. I have followed Irini around NYC to various spas, and I’m so happy that she is now located in such a central location. The spa is clean, accommodating, and welcoming. Irini is sensitive, compassionate, and intuitive with her facials. Everything feels customized and specific to how my skin is when I see her. I've visited Aesthete on several occasions. I had some Botox and Dysport done by Dr. Alcarez. This wonderful woman was very knowledgeable and explained in detail the best way to target the areas I was most concerned about. She was reasonable and made me feel at ease.
I've also had Bodyfx with Elaine, who is fabulous, and most recently met with Melissa for a Forma facial session. Both treatments we painless and felt like warm massages. I'm impressed with the skill set and customer care at this establishment. They are all welcoming and warm and answered all my questions... and I had a lot! I already recommended this place to my family and friends and I've scheduled a Vi Peel in 2 weeks!!. It's a great time to get that beauty treatment we all deserve just before the Holidays!

Best threading experience! I was so worried about getting pdo threads done because I never had anything slightly invasive done on my face but I felt I needed a little pick me up. I went to dr Alcarez because I’ve known her for over a decade, so I felt comfortable going to someone I trust.
The office is extremely welcoming, super clean and chic. She took her time with me because I told her I was nervous.

She put numbing cream on me and gave me the lidocaine injections which basically made me feel super at ease because at that point I didn’t feel a thing!!! Lol 🙂
I received 4 pdo threads (2 on each side of the face) I immediately seen the difference, it’s instant results!!!. My face is nice and tight and lifted. No more looking tired and haggard.

it was super affordable and I don’t have to do this procedure again for another 2 years. It was a great investment. If you want results then pdo threads are the way to go. If it’s your first time like me go to dr alcarez. She will take her time, won’t rush, she’s super friendly, extremely clean and experienced. If you see her ask her to show you pictures of my before and after so you can see how great my results were.
