Ziemlich alte Zimmer. Sind zwar sehr geräumig aber das Bett ist zu weich und zu kurz. Mit meinen 193cm ist das Bett mir zu klein. 😓 Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut.

Das Hotel liegt schön im Grünen, weit außerhalb von Bangalore. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt, die Zimmer sind einigermaßen o.k. Das war dann aber schon das Positive. ||Essen kann man nur im Hotel oder man fährt weit weg. Die Qualität lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das Personal ist hochnäsig und langsam. Frühstück ist eigentlich nur für Liebhaber Indischer Küche geeignet. Nach 5 Tagen und 5 Beschwerden kam endlich das Shampoo aufs Zimmer. Der Wasserdruck war so schwach, dass Baden oder Duschen kaum möglich war. 3 lampen waren defekt, was innerhalb 14 Tagen nicht repariert werden konnte.

The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The campus is green and peaceful and offers a great space to relax. Though one must note that most of the customers seem like corporate groups. This makes the restaurants quite busy and may be a turn off for say a family on a vacation.

The location is an advantage if you have people flying in to Bangalore airport. You don't have to enter the city at all, which is why we chose the place.

The staff are exemplary. Almost all of them are present, courteous and obliging.

One thing which I found could be improved is the effort to be more sensitive towards sustainability. While there is a notice announcing that one can hang up the towels in the rod in the bathroom if they choose to reuse them, it isn't actually done. Twice I hung it up and both days it was replaced with a fresh towel anyways. Also, we were in a villa. I observed that air conditioning and lighting in all rooms were left on by the cleaning staff, even though I would switch them off while leaving in the morning. This was a put off for someone who cares about the environment and sustainability.

Very calm and quite place with lots og greenery and not very far from Bangalore. Very helpful staff. The rooms are excellent. Food is very good but can be kept warm. Bakery items can be improved. Not many activities but have a good Spa with Jacuzzi and Sauna. Pool is nice. Very well maintained and clean. It is expensive though.

This was our 2nd family outing in this sprawling resort, full of greenery & with great amenities. We stayed in their spacious 2 bedroom suite, which is like a compact villa and gives a feeling of home away from home. 1st look at it makes your stay just as relaxing as you view it. The in-room service, dining area staffs are very courteous & prompt. Ravi, the pool in-charge is very helpful to assist. It is a huge resort with lot of walking space to breath in fresh air, away from the city pollution. Food is really good, with varied cuisine spread, adaptable to every taste. Was indeed an amazing weekend getaway with family. Only con is that if you are a North Indian or a foreigner & want to watch TV, they have mostly South channels.

Alright, where do I start to make believe how our stay was in Angsana. |For starters, the booking and check in went too smooth, Zero hassle. Oh we were a corporate team of 46+ so u can imagine the commotion it could have caused at the reception. Thanks to Manoj from the Front office, he was always wearing a smile while hosting us. Right from arranging the conf rooms to hi tea, roses for welcome no stone left unturned by the team. Thanks Manoj for the great hosting/hospitality. ||Next, obviously the food was really awesome, we were blown by the preparations thanks to F&B managers Damini and Kalyan and Chef there. The lunch was so scrumptious that we ended up not having hi tea. Yes the dinner was equally good and awesome. They had zero qualms abt serving till 12 am. ||The stay was so great that this corporate outing stays at the top from hospitality, f&, location/ambience, luxury.||Lastly, kudos to the management to have set this culture in the team on serving your customers.||P.S: A special thanks to Mr. Salman Khan ( not sallu bhai) from sales/marketing team for making this happen within our budget 😛

Very good experience....good ambience...calm and natural.... Rooms switches accessibility is very poor from bed..old property. Not flexible for old people and PWD no lifts, Food is healthy but not awesome taste. Staff very supportive
