I had a very bad massage experience and I don’t want to go there again. When I arrived, there were two masseurs, Linda and Nana. Nana asked me which masseur I preferred, and I replied that either one was fine as long as the massage was stronger. However, Nana directly told Linda that I requested Linda to do the massage.

When we entered the room, Linda asked me where I felt discomfort, and I mentioned that my shoulders were sore and suggested focusing on my shoulders for a bit longer. She immediately told me there was a “blood and shoulder massage” that cost an additional 10 dollars. I declined and asked her to just focus on massaging my shoulders. She responded with an unhappy expression, saying that a regular massage couldn’t address the "inside" of my shoulders.

Then she questioned why I specifically asked for her, saying that Nana could also do the massage and had more strength than her. (I never requested anyone specific—I just said I needed a harder massage… speechless!)

I felt like this massage shop was selectively assigning customers to masseurs. If, as a girl, I can’t get the "inside" of my shoulders massaged, how do male customers, who need much more strength to message, even choose this place for massages? Moreover, the package details should clearly state that a regular massage cannot address the “inside” of the shoulders, instead of pushing us into paying more for an upgrade.

the masseuse was hardworking and actually used strength. well trained and knew what she was doing, really hit all my sore spots. after renovations, place was clean and relaxing. been coming here for a long time, would recommend. entrance is opposite POSB bank, beside OCBC top up machine.

Apple is my go-to masseuse. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about overall health and well being. She customises treatment with a combination of massage techniques, machine and cupping therapy. She adjusts her techniques and increase the strength gradually to ease any discomfort. Over time, the tightness in my body has loosen up. Every session is a treat! I feel a lot better physically and mentally. The beds, towels and rooms are very clean. The value is great compared to the large chains. Highly recommend!
