Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem absoluten Top Hotel. Sehr stylisch aber auch gemütlich und zum Wohlfühlen. Die Roof Top Bar ist für den Abschluss des Tages perfekt. Zimmer, Service, Einrichtung alles wirklich toll. Wir können dieses Hotel nur jedem empfehlen 👍

Das erst 6 Monate alte Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön und hätte eigentlich die volle Punktzahl verdient, nur der Service ( Rezeption / Frühstück ) ist in puncto Aufmerksamkeit noch ausbaufähig, aus diesem Grund ein Punkt Abzug. Wir wollten ein Taxi bestellen an der Rezeption, der Herr verwies uns auf den Concierge, obwohl dieser sichtlich beschäftigt war und hatte keine Lust uns schnell selber ein Taxi zu rufen ( sehr bescheiden ) Der Frühstücksservice war mehr mit sich selber beschäftigt als mit den Gästen, obwohl nicht viel los war. Das Porridge war eiskalt, da im kalten Teller serviert.

This place is aesthetically beautiful. I love the wood all around the hotel. The fireplace as you first walk in. They are extremely service oriented they put your needs first. They are definitely knowledgeable. Just ask Dan the Man. The beds were comfortable. We usually have issues due to my husband's limited mobility. However this mobility room was excellent. Plenty of room with great amenities. I asked for some items to be brought to the room before we got there and everything was there. I just wished we had got the balcony room. We already made reservation for February and June 😁

Great location and awesome service! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance of numerous shops and wineries. The valet service is superb, but there is also plenty of public parking very nearby. And the rooms are so well-appointed, you'll hardly want to leave. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop bars and restaurant. Looking forward to our next visit!!

My fiancee and I had an amazing stay at Archer Napa. Staying here as opposed to somewhere out in the valley was a great decision. Basically the entire town, with so many shops, restaurants, and urban wineries, is within easy walking distance of the hotel! We went during the week and in the offseason, but we were really lucky with the weather, and it felt like we had the town to ourselves. And the hotel itself was awesome - amazing service, complimentary glass of wine on check-in, beautiful room, and loved the amenities (nice gym, restaurant, rooftop bar, etc.) And very friendly service all around from the front desk, housekeeping, and valet staff. Honestly the only reason I wouldn't want to go back would be worrying the second experience wouldn't live up to the first. But we really hope to go back!

Although I live here in the San Francisco Bay area, I wanted to do something different for New Year’s Eve 2024. I decided to bring in the new year at the Archer Hotel downtown Napa, i’m so glad I did and I plan to make this a yearly New Year’s Eve ritual. In this day and age it’s hard to come by constant top-tier customer service from beginning to end. From the valet, to the Bellman, to the check-in experience and any special request that I had at the hotel, It was handled with care and good customer service. I had to make changes to my reservation before arrival and each time I called everyone was so gracious and took care of my request and needs. A special thank you to Layla, Gabriel, Matt, Luke and the nice young lady at the bourbon/whiskey bar on the rooftop. Another amazing experience at the Archer Napa! Bridgette and Isabella with the front desk were amazing with customer service and secured us a terrific room, balcony, fireplace, huge tub, and the room was spotless and included little treats. We felt super welcomed, and we enjoyed a truly fabulous steak dinner at Charlie Palmer's, where Lauren was our server and she was an absolute delight. Everyone was so professional and took great care of us. Will definitely return!

I am definitely a fan girl of the Archer! We stayed in the Archer Den suite with Balcony and fireplace. This hotel room was my favorite I've ever stayed in. The staff was absolutely amazing!! Turndown service was a fantastic touch. ||The room was fantastic. Big balcony, the fireplace heated it up very nice, considering it was December. The bathroom is stunning. The tub is the biggest soaking tub I've ever had in a room. I'm already checking rates to return. ||Plenty of amazing resteraunts, wine bars, and cocktail lounges in walking distance. ||I can't wait to go back.
