I got Dysport wrinkle relaxer to my forehead with Katey! I had really deep lines that needed intervention. I talked over my goals with Katey to address these lines. I still wanted expression in my face and really love my natural looking results. My makeup applies better and I feel better in photos as well, with smoother skin. The office was clean and welcoming and the front desk Selena helped me check out and schedule a follow up appointment. Everyone is so kind and professional!

The space its self is fine. It’s clean and there’s parking. For the prices being charged I was expecting something a little nicer.. so they “don’t do regular pricing” - I came in for Botox and as someone whose gotten Botox for years and in many different cities this was a first. They charge “by area” not by unit. Okay fine, it’s about $350 per “area”, each area has a max of 20 units of Botox. ($350/20 = $18 per unit) however to have your entire forehead done that counts as 2 “areas”, so it would be almost $700 to get Botox in my forehead!?! I was told they have you come in for a 2 week touch up, when I came in I was told I could purchase another “area” for another $350 if I wanted more. Just a very disappointing experience. I have no problem paying a premium if it’s for a premium service. I would rather drive all the way to San Diego or LA and pay a reasonable price to actually get the results I’m looking for. Do not recommend, will not be back

This place deserves 5 stars! the Dr Shah and Hanna are so friendly and amazing. Dr Shah is so caring, humble and does an amazing job. I feel so lucky to have found such a great doctor! I already recommended him to a couple of friends that have asked me where I have gone.

My experience with Daisy for Laser Hair removal has been great. Her service is great as well as her personality. She is always so happy and welcoming. Staff at the SW clinic are amazing! They are welcoming and make you feel comfortable and I love that they are attentive! All the Ladies are very kind. I’ve been to KP twice now and love going to her, she is amazing, caring, listens, and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable, and she does a great job!!!! I’m close to 50 and had very thin lips and wanted fuller more youthful ones but wanted them to still look natural and she got it spot on! I also appreciate the follow calls she makes to see how your doing.

The staff is all very friendly and helpful ! Miriam makes me feel special as soon as I walk in the door ! KP is the one that has handled all my procedures and has done an excellent job with each treatment and is also very kind, attentive, and keeps me comfortable and at ease while I’m at the office! The results of my treatments are amazing and beyond my expectations! Overall, has been an amazing experience and will continue to use this office for future treatments!
