I came from out of state to enjoy a spa day with my sister in laws. The salon was nice and the ladies were all very nice. We each had a pedicure, massage and facial. I began with a pedicure. I was kind of surprised to realize they were not really equipped to deal with shellac polish on my toes. They had to use a file to remove it. Not the most comfortable process but she was patient and careful. I enjoyed the foot massage and the paraffin wax. She did a nice job painting them and applied something to help them dry but they never really dried. I waited a half hour or so before my massage and at that point my nails were far from dry and my pedicure was basically ruined as I got onto the massage table. It would be nice if the had a better system for nails to dry in addition to whatever they put on the nails. My massage was very nice. I found it interesting the gals there were trained in multiple fields. So when my massage therapist was also doing my facial I was a bit surprised. It was nice and relaxing and actually nice that it was a all-in-one service. I would suggest if you are planning a spa day to get all these services, maybe skip the color on your nails and just get them moisturized. Although my sister in laws nails never really dryer either and she finished with the pedicure. All of us were disappointed our nail polish was a flop.

Bella Vita Suites was the PERFECT solution to our vacation needs. We wanted to be close to the downtown Saugatuck area, wanted our privacy (so avoided the B&Bs) and affordability. The suites are directly on the main strip, just off a cute little alley way. I was so pleasantly surprised to have our own assigned parking space bc the parking in Saugatuck is difficult to find during those busy hours. We loved the modern room decor, the fact that we had a fridge & microwave for our delicious leftovers, and the spacious dual shower head shower was so nice! I have no complaints about our stay. The only detail I'd like to share with others is that parking is tight in the lot, so if you are able to travel with a smaller vehicle, you'd have an easier time parking, but we made it work with our 3rd row SUV. Again, we were just happy to have our own parking space! Definitely recommend BV Suites!!

The cutest spa! We went for part of our girls weekend trip for some services! Macie (sorry if spelling is off) did my massage and she was AMAZING! She has such great energy and you can tell she has such a passion for what she does! Will abaolutley come back!

I absolutely adore coming to this little hidden gem!
Seeing some of these weird reviews on here, I have to laugh and share my own experience.
I have been to this salon/spa many times over the years and so have my family and friends. We have had group spa days arranged by Kennedy and Jessica both and they were both very helpful and knowledgeable about how to make the day go off without a hitch. The service providers are all very professional and provide an excellent experience every time. I have had massages from many different providers here , and they have all been great. I have also had my hair done, had mani/pedi’s as well as body treatments which were all top notch.

Wonderful massage and manicure services from very skilled service providers. I have serious issues with my back and my massage therapist had such great suggestions on how to help. The massage was a great mix of relaxation and therapy. My manicure was beautiful as well. I highly recommend!

I’ve received many massages but I have to say my experience here was top notch. The staff was polite, professional and truly show their passion to making sure the client is happy and well taken care of. During my service my provider was very knowledgeable and even shared with me some helpful tips I can do at home to help me to keep feeling my best!! I highly recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

Very disappointed in the pedicure I received. There was nail polish all over my skin, she barely “buffed” out my feet, and we were rushed out of there with wet toe nails. I’ve never been to a salon that lets you leave with wet polish. So after a half hour back home letting my feet air dry, I decided to put my shoes on so we could enjoy the sites..bad idea. Got home some time later, took my shoes off, and not only did my socks stick to the polish, but my pinky toe was missing half the polish. Definitely would not recommend to anyone, especially for $60.
