Ужасное обслуживание.Ходила сюда несколько раз, пол года назад был membership-теперь что бы сходить без membership надо заполнить анкету. Отказаться от анкеты нельзя, а у меня не было времени на это.

I’ve always enjoyed using you facility and for the most part, employees are helpful and caring. It’s very expensive considering how much I actually use it. But it has been convenient due to its location and proximity to other stores I need to use. My criticism surrounds how corporate treats long term customers. I’ve been a client for at least 7 years. I have always had the larger package. I only use the beds a couple times during the winter months and maybe a half a dozen times during the spring and summer. I don’t use the spa features nor the spray bed. I have the big package so I can use the better beds. Considering your organization has made a ton of money off of me and the I rarely use the service, I would think you would offer long term customers like myself some perks. You’ve recently added a few new spa type features which apparently are only available to those who have an even more expensive package. Knowing my history, why wouldn’t you offer at least a complimentary chance to experience the new features. Who knows, maybe I would feel it was worth upgrading my membership which up to recently has always been the premier package. Your inability to acknowledge long term customers has me looking around for alternatives.

Jon is the best part about this location, he has the best attitude, always smiling and engaging. Customer service can make or break a business like this but he definitely makes a really nice first impression and comfortable environment. I have had some less desirable service at this location so thank you for Jon being the best, the world needs more like him.

Jon is amazing. He always has a great attitude and very professional. Also a great sales man! He always helps me with the right products to choose for my skin tone. He is honestly the best one there, include the new blonde girl with the long hair. Other than that the rest are no good.

The staff is very friendly and provide good service. The trim pod door keeps falling down And it's hard to get in the unit and out of. Some rooms have broken radios so you can't hear any of the music or anything. There is lotion on the walls
And not very clean. I'm a little bit more picky. Because I used to run one of the stores so I know what to look for. Overall, the staff is really friendly and nice and walk you to your room.

This is the best part of my day. It's clean and everyone is super friendly. Jon is an amazing employee. He doesn't just try to sell you their products, he is super informative about the benefits.

I am beyond impressed with the new Versa Spa sunless tan booth. Everything it needed is now available, and I can get more tan in the areas that was difficult before. Plus it's WARM! No more shivering while tanning. I'm in love with this new machine.

I have never ever left a review before but I am absolutely inspired to do so because of the new manager Ashley! I have been going to Cal Sun-the Dewey location next to Safeway for almost 8 years. I have met so many managers, some of whom were not the most pleasant people and made the experience just frustrating and left me wanting to get in and out. However, I recently went in and met Ashley! She is in the new manager at Cal Sun Fair Oaks and I swear she is the nicest, most helpful, positive and kind person. She is like a breath of fresh air in there and I definitely want to go back now because of how amazing she is! I am so grateful to have met Ashley and to have those positive experiences when I go tan! Thank you for your amazing customer service Ashley! You rock!
