Just had the most amazing time at Casa Cipriani Spa! I organized a spa day for a very dear friend's birthday and it couldn't have been more special. It is sort of expected that the massage therapists and facial aestheticians will be impressive at such an iconic location but we were all still blown away. Everybody came out of the appointment 'floating'! But the over the top part of the experience was the spa manager Symone. She was so thoughtful in curating a surprise moment complete with balloons, banner, and champagne. She is accessible and imparted all sorts of knowledge to create a special afternoon. And when anything unexpected occurred, as happens in life, she handled it seamlessly, ensuring all of us were beyond happy. So thankful for such a blissful escape right here in Manhattan!!
