I've been going here for a long time. But started having issues with my insurance as it changed plans. Nellie was great & super helpful for trying to get me set up so I could keep coming. She advocated for me and her customer service skills are off the chart. By far one of the most genuine people I've met. I have many services I use there and everyone is by far great to work with.

Since I've been in Texas I've been creating a net entire new team to collaborate with me and my holistic mindset and this center is one of the best centers This is way more breathtakingly refreshing than anything I've ever experienced and I'm seeking more. Nelly is the glue that holds this hole operation together I have yet to have one bad experience This woman goes above and beyond she even took the Liberty to personally mail me a copy of something and mail it out to the next place I love her loving kindness for the patience and for the staff

She's universal glue for this organization. May I just say the entire company is love is there no wonder why I did embrace Nelly so quickly

I recently found Costal Bend Wellness Foundation, I wasn’t aware they had primary care. I went in person and Nellie greeted me with a warm smile and offered to assist me since I was very stressed out, she has very kind and patient, even helped me change my pcp with my insurance right there and there! I only wish the lady who does the follow up appointments was as nice as Nellie, she is extremely rude.

The staff here are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to address any concerns or issues that patients may have.

They consistently reach out through texts,phone or emails, reminding you about appointment or just to check up on you. Staff genuinely care about you and your well-being —not just as a client, but almost like family.

in particular, make me feel as though I’ve gained 2 tias (aunts) who are always looking out for my well-being making sure i doing okay and making sure to remind me of upcoming appointments cause they know im forgetful lol

I remember the early days a garage & later moved to 400 Mann Street, where I attended various classes, including safe sex education, besos, etc with Felix. As a group some of us didnt have transportation to these groups nor money to ride the bus, which the foundation respectfully accommodate us and here felix would show up at your house honking in some old, rusty white van without air conditioning to ensure we made it to class/group and wasnt leaving till we were in that van. After group/class they always made sure we had something to eat and full as well as some extra to take before dropping us off at home, which the foundation never asked for anything in return.

Thank you, Coastal Bend Wellness Foundation, for consistently bringing such respectful compassion and dedication to the Coastal Bend community.

While the name and location may have evolved, the respect and kindness have remained steadfast.

New patient here. Before coming here I was looking for a doctor that will listen to me, take their time, and someone who actually cares about their patients. Well, Dr G met all of my request! He is very nice and caring. The office staff and nurses are all friendly. The facility is clean and taken care of. I'll be recommending Dr. G to others!

I will never go back to this clinic! The physician assistant Rosa Martinez is so incredibly rude! She denied to see me and said out loud multiple times where I could here to take me off her schedule. The supervisor I spoke with would not help me and tried to schedule me over a month away when I needed refills now when the PA had refilled these medications in the past. The person who scheduled me schedule me for the wrong time and did not tell me anything about not being able to be seen. Despite crying and being upset no one would see or help me.

My experience iwth the LGBT outreach and testing programs, along iwth the prescription of PREP has been mostly fine - however when it comes to other things it has not been great at all.
Slow prescriptions and even prescription mistakes, my appointement being cancelled for no reason at all even after checking in. And long wait times. The staff always seems unfamiliar (high turnover?) and dosctors come and go - so there is little to no rapport built with the patients. After repeated requests for them to send a prescription, calling multiple times, I have no choice but to find another PcP. This is extremely frustrating if you are in pain.

My experience was OK. I got there early (10:40am) for my 11am appointment. I want even called back until 12:45pm. They told me the internet was down... ok fine. My boyfriend also had an appointment at 1:40pm, he checked in early around noon. So they finish with me about 2ish, he's still in the waiting room, he finally goes up to see how much longer it's going to be for him and the lady tells him he never checked in... the other girl was like yea he came up around noon. At this point the lady knows she messed up but she blames it on the computer saying they put him as a no show. She goes to ask the doctor is he'll still see him, he says yes but it'll be at least another hour..... it was your mistake, the other girl even knew and then to lie and try to make him wait. Just ridiculous.
