Leslie is my favorite, and Lee Vast, an exceptional Nurse Practitioner, has earned my utmost admiration. Her care and attentiveness make her feel like family. Dr. Ann was my previous doctor and she was awesome. She made me feel very confident. Unfortunately she is no longer there. I had my first visit with Dr. Amy, and she too made me feel very comfortable and confident. I highly recommend this place. Great staff, very friendly and organized.

Dr. Cortez and her entire office is amazing! I'm been a patient for over 3 years. Communication through the portal is fast and effective. She and her nurse practicians' have really turned my health around with thyroid support and hormone balance.

Love Love Love getting my medical treatment here. Only thing I would say I dislike is that considering I am in the medical field as well and knowing how things work as far taking care of my patients is that , they are not family friendly when it comes to copayment, deductibles, coinsurances, etc. They aren’t willing to do payment plans or any of that. If you dont have the money at the time of service they will cancel your appointment, which is no where near professional what so ever. In my office if we have patients that cant pay for there visit we set up payment plans for them so that they can still get the care that they need. In my opinion absolutely unacceptable. Then i go to get my blood work done with Lab Corp and the heavy set lady comes at me with balances from 4 years ago. I told the lady that I had Medicaid during that time and she was very rude forcing me to pay towards my balance without even letting me speak with the billing department. Absolutely disgusting. Its very frustrating when you have medical issues going on and the staff here are not willing to work with you. Its frustrating. Very frustrating. Life happens and you guys should give some grace to your patients.

I am so happy to have found this office! It’s like when I come there, it’s me visiting family! The front desk always so welcoming and Dr. Vest, love her like family. I thank her for having faith in me to improve my health and all the advice she gives. It’s amazing when you can go to the doctor and not feel intimidated or overwhelmed. Love them big! Dr. Lee Vest is knowledgeable not only in HRT, but also in dealing with my thyroid issues. I appreciate her insight and help through this journey. I’m feeling better than I have in a year, since she has helped me sort out my issues. All other doctors would say is that your bloodwork is normal, but didn’t test all thyroid hormones. Dr Lee immediately did those and started helping me. I’m so grateful.

I told them I only wanted services covered by my insurance, ( I have great insurance and had met Out of Pocket for the year);
BEWARE they file “ Experimental “ and stick you with unexpected bills. I refused to sign to pay the lab difference they requested, because I knew my insurance covered & paid 100% , I told them this and not to do any tests not covered, i even wrote it on the forms they ask you to sign; I told them not to bill “experimental “ and they still did ( twice) so I’m stuck with the bills. I went back to them , they said they’d re-bill it differently,; it didn’t help , still I’m stuck with hundreds of dollars because they won’t or didn’t listen or don’t care. Seen 2 different PAs , got 2 different forms of advice and plans for treatment)!
Since at new location I never see Dr Cortez anymore ( use to see her every visit) ..
definitely has gone down hill from her practice years ago on 380. Sad just sad.
*Notice most the low stars ratings are in agreement and about billing / insurance and coldness/ rudeness / disconnected staff.
She makes enough money to pay for the mistakes they made; instead of me being billed for it.
Send your complaints to state medical board and BBB so they can keep track.
