Really good the worker is very friendly and the sauna is just the perfect temperature. I felt so much better after my session. Relaxed and rested. Can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend booking. I use the self accessible appointment as it works with my busy schedule. Great resource.

Truly relaxing experience, very tranquil and serene environment. Love this infrared sauna with additional salt therapy treatment. I always feel refreshed, relaxed and hydrated. I use twice a week and will continue to do so, feeling the benefits almost immediately. Definitely recommend it!

We used elements for the first time for my friends birthday. We wanted something different and this was perfect! Four of us went together, two used the sauna and two used the red light therapy then swapped around. We also took advantage of the salt therapy option which was really nice and also indulged in the upgrades that were available. It was a great service, everything you need is provided and all information was easy to find. We will definitely be back as it was a perfect way to catch up with the girls in a beautiful, peaceful environment. We all have felt benefit from the service, my skin is glowing! a++

Elements Infared Sauna has been a haven for self care and relaxation for myself. A place for me to relax without interruption and focus on me and my own health. I usually leave a sauna after a few minutes due to feeling overwhelmed with the heat and sweat but this sauna was a different type of heat. I was comfortable and relaxed throughout. I chose the colour I wanted to help with my relaxation and connected my Bluetooth to the sauna, played music and just took my time. I love it here!

If you haven’t tried the infra red sauna then you need too! From the setting to the actual sauna I could not have felt more relaxed. Following the experience I felt rejuvenated and my fibromyalgia symptoms were reduced. Highly recommend using here.

I had a lovely relaxing afternoon at Elements Studio. I de-stressed and enjoyed the quiet surroundings of the studio. Looking forward to visiting again soon and trying some of the different settings on the sauna!

Amazing space! Had a treatment and booked for two people. Lots of space and booked som added extras the water infusion was unreal and I loved the aromatherapy choices. Will defiantly be back for red light therapy and Sauna .. thank you x
