The service was great! I was greeted by Samantha who was very attentive and made check-in process smoothly. Nurse James provided great patient care and answered all my questions and concerns. Definitely coming back soon!

Great customer service. Great establishment. James (RN) took very good care of us. At entrance, beverages and snacks are provided; Fiji water, Pellegrino, juices, etc. Establishment was clean and whoever is running it really pays attention to detail. Bathroom has cotton drying hand towels, NEST lotion, and great smelling soap. IV area has ambient lighting, comfy chairs, blankets, and even purse holders. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I hear a Weslaco location is coming soon too.

I had an amazing experience at Elivate Drip Spa from start to finish. First, I spoke with Scynthia on the phone, and she was incredibly helpful in walking me through the entire process. She made sure I understood everything clearly and got me scheduled for an appointment without any hassle. Her customer service was excellent, setting the tone for what would be a fantastic visit.

When I arrived, Geneva greeted me warmly and was very attentive throughout my visit. She made sure I was comfortable and explained everything in detail, offering exceptional customer service.

James was equally impressive—his knowledge and skill in IV placement were top-tier. He took the time to suggest the best placement for easier absorption and minimal discomfort, which made the experience much more comfortable than I expected. His expertise truly made a difference.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my visit to Elivate Drip Spa. From the phone call to the in-person care, the level of professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding. I highly recommend them, and I’ll definitely be returning. 10/10!
