I agree with all the other posts. Sally is great and I always look forward to our sessions. Prior to seeing her six months ago, I felt like I was becoming more stiff by the day. I had periodic back pain and was so stiff I could barely bend over to put on my socks in the morning. After beginning stretching and yoga sessions with her (which I had never done), I'm more flexible and relaxed. And the massages are WONDERFUL!!! If I could, I would spend all of my 90 minutes on the massage, but I need the stretching and yoga too. I highly recommend Sally!

I've had the pleasure of attending numerous yoga and spa events with Embody Massage, and each experience has been meticulously planned and thoroughly enjoyable. The yoga gatherings not only foster a strong sense of community but also provide a dedicated space for self-care through stretching and poses. Sally is an amazing massage therapist as well so if you are looking for a new therapist who offers more than just massage I highly recommend checking her out. Sally is a wonderful wellness professional. My first experience here was everything I needed. She is experienced and knowledgeable in her craft. I appreciated the warm welcome, and the time to get to know my needs and concerns I may have had. She offers many services here, including yoga sessions which I am looking forward to taking advantage of! With it so close to the apartment complex I live in, it's within walking distance or quick bike ride. I look forward to continuing to see Sally for continued holistic wellness, body, and mind. Even if you live across town, her care is more than worth it, your body will thank you!

I could not recommend Sally enough!! She is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had, hands down. She is very well versed in many different massage techniques and therapies. I particularly love getting deep tissue and Thai massage from her. She has hot stones and aromatherapy available as well. She creates such a relaxing, calm environment. I usually fall into a deep state of relaxation and/ or sleep. It is so blissful! She is also well-educated in teaching yoga and meditation, which often translates over into the care she gives in her massage. She really is amazing!! 🤲🏼🫶🏻😌

Sally is incredible! I've been getting massages for years but started her meditation sessions and yoga classes this year. Sally is a highly skilled and talented massage therapist. I found Sally about 6 years ago and have been seeing her by-weekly ever since. She does an outstanding job relieving my pain every session! I have been a fan of Embody for years. The experience is amazing and has become an integral part of my self care regiment on a monthly basis. Additionally, Sally has been fantastic in terms of her customer service. She always finds a way to accommodate her clients. If you have never tried a Thai massage, it is highly recommended! It will provide relaxation in ways you never imagined!
