Came here for a birthday visit and did a special they had online for a massage, facial, and manicure. Upon entering, it was very chaotic and loud not spa like. My facial was amazing. Then the massage. Karen talked the entire time. Even after she kept saying “okay I’m done talking so you can relax” I thought oh good finally lol. Then she proceeded to talk about the spa amenities downstairs that I wasn’t even offered in the first place for “next time”. Well I knew there wasn’t going to be a next time. The massage was horrible. She showed up late, left early, and didn’t even massage me. I got the hand chops on the back… Last was the manicure and the woman who did it was very kind and inviting. She did a good job. Over all I wouldn’t recommend as when I was leaving the front desk tried to over charge me even though I booked a special for a specific price online. The whole experience was a turn off as it was not relaxing in the slightest. Well besides my facial, she did fantastic. Everything else was below par.

The spa is very clean, and the staff is very inviting. I’ve only had nail service with this spa twice now. The nail techs were very polite and friendly. However, this is the second time I felt unsatisfied with the completion of my nails. The first time the gel polished lifted after a couple days. I originally wanted dip this time since the gel obviously was a waste of money. After the booking staff spoke with the nail tech, I was encourage to try their special gel polish which is suppose to last longer. The fee for the special gel was waived due to the previous situation.

The issue I have with my nail service today is that my nails does not look like I got a fresh manicure today. I strongly dislike them and I did let the nail tech know. She added clear gel to smooth out the bumps (which did not work) and tried to put a third, or so, coat of polish on but I stopped her. It’s already thick, patchy, and bumpy more polish would have made it worse. My full nail is not even covered 😩 there is no way it should look like I need my nails retouched and I just got them done 2 hrs ago 😭 the nail tech was asking me throughout the service was everything fine and I told her the concerns I had. She did try very hard to fix them but couldn’t. I really wanted to like this spa which is why I gave them a second try. I will not be going back for nail service because this is the second time my nails did not come out right and left feeling like I’ve wasted money. I have provided pictures for better context.

My wife and I did a couples deep tissue massage here. After trying several different locations across Illinois and Colorado, this has to be the best deep tissue massage I have gotten. Would highly recommend and looking forward to returning!

Location has plenty of free parking right out front for added convenience.

I have to say- I wasn’t much of a believer in spending a lot on quality products for healthy skin, but I can’t get over how soft, plump, smooth and rejuvenated my skin has been feeling lately after diligently using quality products that I have learned about from Ethereal Day Spa and their recommendations.

I definitely see the value add in the services and products they sell after investing in my skin and adopting a healthy skin care routine. It’s clear to me now that people who take care of their skin will definitely age much more gracefully than those who don’t. I can tell the clients who come in to the spa regularly and spend time taking care of their skin.

In addition, coming into the spa is not only such a relaxing and fun experience, but it makes a difference internally feeling prettier and more youthful.

Received a full body massage from Samuel and it was absolutely amazing. The areas I meant to mention but forgot were still catered to during the full body 🥹 I felt very comfortable and relaxed to the point I fell asleep a few times. I’m ashamed of the way I drove home just to get in the bed 😅 Thank you so much, Samuel. As we both know it was well needed. Please book here with him‼️

I highly recommend Etheral Day Spa. I have been going for eyebrow and bikini waxing and facials with Mary for several years. She is awesome! I also love their products - i use the Obagi Sun Shield daily for my face and also the Lalicious hydrating body butter - Sugar Reef and Sugar Coconut are my favorite scents. For massage, Olga and Jay are AMAZING! I wish i had more time to actually get massages.

Shoutout to Jan who gave me the best massage of my life last weekend! She was terrific! I legit felt like I was drunk or in a daze after my hour long massage, had to sit down for 10 minutes and come back to Earth before driving home. I'll be back!

Had one of the best massages of my LIFE! Karen is absolutely gifted in what she does. I really appreciated how she took the time to hear where all my aches were and understanding what causes them. She really put me at ease and gave me some great "after massage" advice. The staff at the front desk is so warm and welcoming. Love Ethereal and will be coming back!
