I moved in August ,2024 after selling my home in Babylon where I resided for 38 years. Julie the leasing agent was awesome answering my questions and showing me multiple apartments. It has been a pleasure living here. The staff is caring and the interior of the building is kept immaculate. It is quiet at night which was one of my concerns moving from a house. I use the coffee bar and gym on a regular basis which is very convenient. The location is ideal for me because I can walk to Lindenhurst village and enjoy a meal or a few drinks. On my way to happy hour now.☺️

I sold my home after 26 years of home ownership. I was looking for a great new home for my older children that had the best of everything. From the beginning of the process to actually living here a few months, I could not have asked for a better team. Very sad that so many people write negative reviews when I just never saw that or experienced anything less than amazing. Firstly, Julie the leasing agent was beyond fantastic. She went above and beyond to get me the perfect fit in the perfect location. This facility had everything and more and of course almost brand new. Now the maintenance crew . Let’s talk about James and John. They are just the best . Great job that they do . Fantastic personalities and great service. Nothing negative to say here.. very grateful for this fantastic team ❤️

Living in The Wel has truly been a wonderful experience the past 4 years! From the moment we moved in, I felt at home. The space is clean, cozy, modern, and well-maintained, offering everything I need for comfort and convenience. The amenities are top-tier and really elevate our living experience! I have been consistently impressed by the outstanding service provided by the staff here. The leasing agents and concierge team are always friendly, professional, and quick to address any questions or concerns. The maintenance team is equally fantastic—anytime there’s an issue, they’re on it very quickly. It’s clear that the management really values its residents, and that makes all the difference. Whether it’s handling a maintenance request or offering helpful advice about the community, the team here is genuinely dedicated to making sure everyone enjoys their living experience. I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home! John, James and Marlon truly go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly!

Issues get resolved quickly. This Group of 3 treat the Wel as if it’s their home. Pay your rent and sit back to enjoy hassle free living. Gym, Rooftop, coffee lounge and beautiful living accommodations!

Adequate living space, on average terrible staff, beyond useless management. Expect to pay about $400 dollars extra on top of the monthly rent (electricity, heating, junk fees). Elevators regularly broken, dog piss riddled hallways and outdoors, high staff turnover rate, and probably so many other problems with this place. Save your money and go somewhere cheaper.

Been here for about a year and loving the accommodations thus far. Rent price is a little high but the building itself is kept in great shape, and John and James are a huge help with everyday needs, or really anything, and they really stay on top of maintaining a solid living experience.

Nice place to live, building is new and well kept, rents are fair for what is being offered and the amenities provided(gym, pool, coffee bar and lounge, pool lounge , package lockers, rooftop lounge, ev charging and covered parking). Promotions all the time for free month and no sec deposit, staff is helpful and very good location next to train and downtown. They decorate the building for holidays and staff is nice.

Julie the leasing agent, took a deposit from me, had me fill out the lease and submit all the requirements needed to move in the following month. The day of move in, the apartment was given to someone else. No call. No refund.
By far the most fraudulent place and person. Having no where to go, no one cared. Don't rely on this place.
