This hotel is a gem- from the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. We were greeted with welcome Bellini drinks. The grounds are beautiful, charming and pristine. Our room (which they upgraded us) was ready by 11:45am. The room was immaculate- a fireplace, complimentary snacks and bottled water and handwritten notes welcoming our arrival. The butler Beau brought up our suitcases and gave us a tour of the property. The hotel offers a complimentary Volvo to take for a drive- which was a fun perk. We both had spa treatments (massages)- the spa itself is beautiful and relaxing. Each treatment room has its own bathroom which was new and appreciated. After the amazing massages, you are escorted to the relaxation library and given fresh tea, a yogurt parfait (never seen this before) and spa water. The restaurant was excellent- all the food was fresh and delicious, while service was impressive. There is also a second turn down service which is appreciated and it includes chocolates, a preview of the next days weather and new water bottles. The complimentary breakfast was amazing- juice, coffee, a basket of delicious fresh pastries, fresh fruit and an entree of your choice. When you check out, your suitcases are unpacked in your car and ready for your departure. In addition, Beau handed us a lovely goodbye gift bag with snacks and bottled water for the drive home. Overall, this hotel is a hidden gem- the little touches add to the 5 star service and it is romantic getaway! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful historic mansion, the views are incredible! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The rooms are clean, the bathroom is amazing! All the details along the corridors are interesting to stop and observe. Adult only resort which fit our wants for a quiet romantic evening. Will gladly be back!

We had an incredible experience at Glenmere Mansion! On a cold Saturday night, we came here for dinner while staying at a nearby B&B in Glenwood. The meal was outstanding—I had the filet mignon, and my husband had the chicken pot pie. Both were so delicious that we decided to return the next day for lunch. (Highly recommend their burgers!)

We also spent time at the spa, and it was beyond luxurious. We did the luxury bath, which included a couples room with gentle exfoliation, whirlpool tubs, and a warmed lotion with oil—it was so relaxing and nourishing. The relaxation lounge, complimentary tea, and attentive staff added to the exquisite experience.

The spa itself is stunning, with gorgeous furnishings and design details that make it worth traveling for. We’re accustomed to 5-star spas in Manhattan, and this one easily tops the list. We’re already planning our next visit and looking into other spa services. Highly recommend Glenmere Mansion—it’s truly a gem!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here not long after the Glemere opened under new management years ago. We came for lunch. The food was super special, the staff incredibly knowledgeable and the mansion and grounds breathtaking. While it was pricey for a lunch we looked forward to coming back.
Last week we did just that and sadly it was not the same. While the grounds and building presented well and it was nice to see a room full of guests for lunch, it felt like an overpriced meal. There was nothing special or overly different on the menu than what you would see at a finer restaurant. The accompaning sides did not support the main dishes and the plating of the food was weak. What was almost worse was the wait staff. They were super friendly though clueless about the drink and food menu along with mansion knowledge. When we asked questions they couldn't answer, they promised to come back with a response, and not once did they. That was definitely a huge part of our experience the first time.
I am saddened to say we may not return.

I recently had the displeasure of dining at Glenmere with my wife. She ordered the scallops at $52. She received 3 small scallops. She also ordered the foie gras for $32 as an appetizer. The potion did not exceed the size of the scallop. My single drink of bourbon was $24 dollars and her glass of wine was $32 dollars. Service was slow. I came home and had a snack.

I came here for a spa day at 1pm and there was a wedding band that was rehearsing SO loud you could hear it through most of the spa.

The spa service was nice but when we tried to leave, we wanted to go up to the house to take a picture (it was my birthday and we both were dressed up to go out to dinner) and the security guard scolded us and said absolutely no one could walk up to or drive by the mansion 😒 never thought we’d go to the Glenmere and not actually be able to SEE the mansion. Sorta disappointing experience as I thought this would be our go-to spa in the area.

Stayed at Glenmere for a wedding weekend and felt like I was at an Italian villa. Absolutely beautiful property, gorgeous rooms, and excellent service. True 5-star stay and accommodations.

What a lovely and luxurious place! Very well kept, very friendly staff, very regal atmosphere. Rooms were transforming you to an older time period however still has all the modern conveniences as well as some really cool features like a heated tile floor in the bathroom! The food was also very high quality and delicious. Portions were large and filling. If I lived closer I probably would go there just for occasional dining, it's that good. Overall a wonderful escape that is peaceful, classy, and beautiful!
