The room we got was one bedroom with balcony, one living room and kitchen, the bathroom was huge, it had both shower and massage bathtub. There’s fireplace in the living room and there’s also washer and dryer in the room. We were able to cook food during our two day stay there. The swimming pool was heated and not crowded, we specifically love the heated outdoor pool, it felt like we were in the hot spring water. I loved the wine cellar tour and bought a bottle of Armenia cognac. The Mineral hotel gave out free mash mellow for roasting on Xmas night and the live music session was very good. I will definitely go back there if possible.

The property is absolutely breathtaking. The view from my balcony was a dream. It is so peaceful and relaxing. I loved my room it was clean and spacious. The biosphere pool was like nothing I've ever seen before. The deep tissue massage at the spa was exactly what I didn't know I needed. The cabaret show was very entertaining. I visited both of their hotels and they each have their charm .

Rooms needed minor maintenance but were beautiful and spacious.
Food was wonderful with nothing I wouldn't eat again.
Pool area is nice and the biosphere made it especially relaxing to lounge around at.

We brought our 11 year old. Easy check-in: our room was ready early; no lines. Room was nice. Got a 1 bedroom and put our daughter on the pullout couch. Beautiful pools; both indoor and outdoor pools were warm, lovely, and not crowded. Lots of restaurant choices; Great brunch. We will be back.

Our stay at Crystal Springs Resort started off on the right foot. We Arrived at the Grand Cascades Lodge before noon, and we were thrilled to be able to check in early, allowing us to settle in right away. Our room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view —a cozy spot to relax after the day’s adventures.

Once we were settled, we headed to the beautiful pool, which was the perfect way to kick off our stay. Later, we took advantage of access to the sister property, Minerals, where we enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Kites. The food was delicious, and the restaurant had a warm, inviting feel.

Minerals offered so many fun activities for the whole family. Our kids especially loved the stuffed animal-making class, which let them create a fun keepsake. We also spent some time at the arcade, which had a variety of games that kept everyone happily entertained.

After dinner and games we went back to the Grand Cascades Lodge, where we looked forward to making s’mores by the fire. Though there was a bit of confusion about where to go and what was included, a friendly staff member quickly helped us sort it out. Soon, we were gathered around the fire, roasting marshmallows.

One of our favorite parts of the trip was the glow mini-golf. Playing mini-golf in the dark with glowing neon lights and light up golf balls was so much fun and added an exciting twist to the experience.

The next morning, we indulged in the breakfast buffet, which offered plenty of delicious choices, including gluten-free options and locally sourced foods. Everything was clearly labeled and we loved sampling all of the local foods. It was a perfect way to start the day and wrap up our stay.

Our only minor complaint was the location of our room, which was directly above the parking garage exit. This was only bothersome early in the morning when we could hear the doors as people came and went. While not ideal, we didn’t complain as we were checking out the same morning.

Overall, Crystal Springs Resort is a fantastic family-friendly destination with beautiful views and activities for all ages.
This is the perfect place for a golf weekend, girls weekend, or family getaway.

We’d highly recommend it for a memorable getaway.

I have to complain this year for the horrible support provided by the manager when I reported the issues my family and I were having at our stay. We received a full of dust room with no options to change because they were overbooked and we were late and far away from home, problems with heating/air conditioning system making impossible sleeping during our 2 nights, plus not having hot water at the moment we need it to shower. The employees tried to help but they couldn’t but when I was transferred to the manager in charge, he was so rude and very disrespectful accusing me of lying instead of coming to see for himself and provide a fair resolution, instead he chose to ignore my complaints and act like nothing happened. I am really disappointed and upset by the amount of money we paid for our 2 days stay at Grand Cascades for these poor service and we regret it going there. We will not come back there and truly not recommend to our family and friends. Don’t waste your money. It doesn’t worth it! There are so many better places with great service to spend the holidays with your loved ones for affordable prices instead of going there regretting it because not even the manager is able to help!!! Worst experience ever in our travel history specially to us that we used to go there every year!! Not anymore and that manager who did not wanted to say his name should be so ashamed to himself!!

Suite was clean, updated and nicely appointed. Could have stayed longer & probably will. Restaurants have something for everyone, weither its fine dining or pub grub, the food was excellent and not overly priced for a resort. Enjoyed the fireplace on the wrap around balcony immensely. Wonderful Anniversary Weekend!

Excellent costumer service. Everyone is so friendly and they really help out with every question or concern that you have. We will definitely come back. It is very kid and family friendly. The food is amazing as well as the breakfast buffet.
