I recently had the pleasure of visiting this amazing spa, and I can’t say enough great things about my experience from start to finish. I was warmly greeted by the receptionist who was not only friendly but also very helpful and accommodating. I had an appointment with Denni and she was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to ensure I was comfortable and happy with every step of the process. My next appointment for a body wrap was with Becca who was incredibly skilled, taking care to give me a perfect session. She also made me feel so comfortable and I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The spa itself was spotless, and the overall cleanliness was evident throughout my visit with a calming and serene ambiance that truly enhanced the experience.

I had an incredible experience at the spa, and Jasmine P. was absolutely amazing! Her skill and attention to detail made the massage one of the best I’ve ever had. She was professional, attentive, and created such a relaxing environment. I highly recommend her and can’t wait to return for another session!

I booked a birthday celebration for myself and my friends. Rebecca the manager was very nice and accommodating. The majority of my guests booked The Body Wrap, half enjoyed and half (including myself) found the service to be everything less than relaxing. We learned that the "providers" are booked so not sure if they actually work for hiatus or if they are outside providers that are brought in when Service is needed.
So myself and one of my guests had the same provider and found that our experience was exactly the same. The towels used were wet and cold. It was our understanding this was a warm to hot body treatment . I personally was cold the whole time. I actually ended my service early because I was extremely cold. I mentioned to the provider multiple times that I was cold and her response was that the heated table was on but sometimes it will turn off on its on. This was at the beginning of my service. The provider only touched my calves, arms and upper back and was not relaxing.

When chatting with my guest , she had the exact same experience and told me that the provider seemed to have a fan on. The provider was also sweating and seemed to be congested . She asked the provider if there was a fan on because she was cold, the provider said no but no efforts made to crest a more relaxing treatment.

I also received a hydra facial. Shelby was my provider. She was EXCELLENT . She took her time, built rapport, and I felt very relaxed before during and after my service. Luckily I enjoyed this service but still will not return for another. Shelby introduced me to a hydra facial but I will book some where else.

For what I paid and my overall experience at other spas, my personal experience was not worth the price. I was very excited and wanted to like this spa so much but I was thoroughly let down. The spa could use a bit more care when it comes to cleaniless as well, there were several things I experienced but I will with hold my comments as I am aware it is the holidays and I will give the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were extremely busy this week.

I never leave negtive reviews but I was very disappointed . After speaking with my guest and learning she was not happy either , I decided to give my feedback.

Truly enjoyed and appreciated my experience at hiatus yesterday. I am very self conscious about my skin, but Crystal brought love and light into my treatment yesterday. She’s skilled at her craft, but what sets her apart is her ability to educate the client with genuine care. She was funny and light, but I still felt relaxed. I can tell helping others feel confident is her passion. I left feeling confident. Thanks Crystal!

First time I used their pedicure service it was good. However, the second time was a different experience. The specialist seemed to have a bad day. Ok, that shouldn’t be too bad when you are on the chair and have headphones on, but she was not friendly and I felt like I had to apologize every now and theen for example when my leg muscle twitched, or when I wanted thicker French polish. I don’t think if she made effort in giving me a good foot massage either. I mean for that price?

She was nice enough to add a French manicure appointment right away and took care of my finger nails. I looked at the left hand and I liked my nails shape and thickness of the French manicure, then I closed my eyes and trusted her to match the same on my right finger nails. When I got up and left, I saw an obvious mismatch between two hands. It was so bad that I filed my nails when I got home to create the shape I wanted, and to match my left hand finger nails. I know it’s partly my mistake for not checking in real time, but why should I do that when I’m there specifically to relax, and trust my specialist to do a decent job? I still had cuticles when I looked at my fingers at home.

I had recommended a better ambiance for the pedicure spa, and if they could communicate everything before they take the client in. That environment should be quiet and relaxing, like the one I used to go in Bellevue Washington.

All and all, I’m not wasting my money there again.

Kendall made me feel so comfortable and relaxed for my first time here/first ever facial. My face/skin felt so clean and so hydrated afterwards! I have already booked another appointment?

Just had an amazing facial with Kendall. She was super thorough and made me feel right at home. My skin is already looking and feeling the best it has in awhile. I have never had an experience at a med spa like this one! Will 10000% be back!!!

Have been a few times, and find the rooms and common areas inviting, and the entire staff cordial and welcoming. Experienced staff I thought were better than most places. I am not a member, and do not plan on becoming one, however this is still a good option anyone should consider.
