I can’t recommend this spa enough! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and a sense of calm. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel at ease right away. I’ve had a variety of services here—facials, massages, and more—and each experience has been nothing short of amazing. The facials leave my skin glowing, and the massages are pure bliss. Every visit feels like a rejuvenating escape, and I always leave feeling refreshed and pampered. Without a doubt, this is the best spa in town—an absolute gem!

I was so grateful that I found the spa during my stay in Manuel Antonio. It truly made my stay here better than it ever could have been. Everyone there is so kind and caring and the place is warm and inviting. The yoga classes are amazing. The monthly pass is a super good deal. My massage was so good! I’m going to miss it so much. I had the best massage at Holis Spa after a week of hiking, snorkeling, and exploring Costa Rica. The therapist incorporated stretches into the massage, which relieved leg, neck, and back pain—even from areas I didn’t realize were tight!

The service was impeccable. The front desk host was incredibly friendly, and I loved the thoughtful touches like the refreshing towels infused with essential oils and the delicious tea served upon arrival. The spa’s environment was serene, with a calming fragrance that enhanced the experience.

The price was reasonable and competitive for the area, especially considering the excellent ambiance and quality of service. I highly recommend Holis Spa for anyone looking to relax and rejuvenate in Costa Rica!

As always I had another amazing experience at the wellness center. I was able to get in a few yoga classes to restart my practicing. The instructors are very friendly and each offers a different experience. I also indulged in a massage with Pricilla. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a deep massage and add the acupressure and stretching! Great experience to round off the week of yoga classes.

I had a 90-minute somatic massage with Christopher at Holis Spa, and the experience was exceptional. He was thorough and took his time. He used a combination of aromatherapy, sound, firm touch, and calming words to create a deeply relaxing atmosphere. By the end of the session, I felt completely rejuvenated physically and mentally. Highly recommend coming here while you are in Manuel Antonio. We got 90 min massages that were incredible! Chris and Jeffrey did an amazing job, I only wish we were staying longer and could come back. 🙂

I went to Holis for a detox pack of face, body and mud bath. I am quite used to do this kind of treatments but must to admit that this one was my favorite so far. The smell and quality of the creams and oils were really good and the mud smooth, with a cure effect on my skin. And… the best part was the person who performed all the treatment. Very sensitive, extremely professional and creative in his technique.

Completely recommend, it worth each dollar.

Going to the Holis Wellness Centre was a true highlight of a recent trip to Manuel Antonio. I attended three yoga classes - all wonderful. And I did two spa treatments, including the spicy ginger wrap, which left me feeling refreshed and revitalized. The staff was friendly and professional. I loved the ginger tea!
