Ignite Wellness Centre is the most relaxing yet vibrant, calming and welcoming environment. Martine and Ami’s passion for what they do is evident in every tiny detail - they have thought of everything. Offering a wide range of classes and experiences, there’s something for everyone at every stage of their wellness journey.
I have met some of the most important ladies in my life through coming to Martine & Ami’s classes and visiting the centre, and can genuinely say that Ignite has enhanced and changed my life for the better.
The feeling of sisterhood and empowerment for women is incredible, as soon as you walk through the door. I couldn’t recommend it more!

I think everyone needs to experience how amazing the Ignite Wellness Centre is. Amanda & Martine make you feel so welcome and completely at ease - you always leave feeling restored and ready to rule the world no matter what class you choose. My fav is the Fire and Ice session with meditation. Words can’t really describe how powerful it is, so you’re best just booking in and experiencing it for yourself. You won’t be disappointed and you’ll find yourself telling everyone and their dog how they need to come along too! I am the worlds coldest person but the temperature of the ice bath is different and then the infrared sauna just tops it off. I keep going back again and again 🔥🧊

I highly recommend a trip along to this amazing sanctuary! When you visit you are welcomed by the beautiful Braid sisters Martine and Ami who are there to guide you through the fantastic classes offered. A example would be: The thrive and revive ice bath experience- the classes provide you with session of guided breathwork 🧘‍♀️ , ice bath dipping 🧊 coupled with the infrared sauna where you warm up from the inside out 🔥 No matter if you choose to use the facilities at an open session or join a class you are guaranteed to leave feeling, relaxed, restored and ready to take on the world 🌎

I've found it really hard to put into words what Amanda, Martine & the Ignite group mean to me, I will be forever grateful to them and to the incredible group of ladies I have met along the way. Some of whom I now have the privilege of calling my friends.

Amanda & Martine have something very special about them, their energy, kindness, compassion, and sincereity is so heart-warming ❤️. The girls have created a very special tribe and their new Wellness Centre is stunning, it has brought so many ladies from all walks of life together, who all show up not only for themselves but also each other 🥰, I have never experienced women supporting women the way we do as Igniters 🧊 🔥.

Being part of Ignite has pushed me out of my comfort zone on so many occasions, teaching me that I can do anything I set my mind too ... Pier Jumping, Ice Baths, Intense Breathwork,
Fire Walking and most importantly learning to love myself again ❤️.

Amanda & Martine, thank you for everything you do and endless words of encouragement. I am becoming a better version of myself thanks to all the tools you have given me over the last 2 years. Love you ladies so much 😘 xxxx

Thank you so much Ami Braid and Martine Braid for holding such an amazing and powerful day retreat at Venachar yesterday! It was everything I was needing! The Braid Sisters have created something truly unique and special!! From the moment you walk in the door you can sense this is a very special place to be, a place to find yourself, where there is support from everyone you come into contact with. Ami and Martine are special in a way it's difficult to put into words, the most beautiful caring, fun loving and infectious girls!! Life changes for the better from the moment you meet the girls!! There are so many experiences at the centre, from Ice Baths, Infra-Red Sauna, Sound Baths, Brain Tapping and so much more. It's a place to relax, rest, breath new life into your soul and have self care that we most likely often deny ourselves the time to enjoy. Don't take my word for it, get along and experience it for yourself.

Quite simply 1 of the most special places I've ever had the privilege of visiting. Martine & Amanda have created such an amazing community & space within the wellness centre. If you get the chance to visit please do you won't regret it & you will instantly be made to feel at home. These sisters have a way of making you feel like you've known them forever so warm genuine & totally inspiring! Xx
