This place is BEYOND! I heard so many good things from people about IMD that I had really high expectations and they were honestly exceeded. First huge thing is the staff is so nice and informed! They really know what they are doing and take such good care of you. Each persons body needs different things so this is not a generic experience it’s totally tailored to your needs! The magnesium wrap and sauna felt amazing, and they were so attentive with water while I was in there! The massage portion was life changing, I will warn you it’s not for relaxation - but it hurts SO good! I felt 5 lbs lighter and SO much tighter and better when I left! This is a must-do for everyone looking for some self care!

Amazing experience with Elaine today for my prenatal lymphatic massage. I'm not kidding when I say I live for these appointments!!
They are life changing. I am 7 1/2 months pregnant and on my feet working all day.
These massages are a big part of what have kept me going and looking and feeling amazing throughout my pregnancy.

Even when not pregnant, The lymphatic massage with sauna is phenomenal and IMD just does it the best!

This is the most bizarre and low quality spa experience I have ever had. The woman who checked me in wore sunglasses inside, the entire place was loud, and the doors to other used treatment rooms were left open with dirty towels and sheets. The toilet seat just came off when I went to use it, and the whole place was a mess. The woman checking out in front of me had booked an hour massage and only had 30 min of massage and their solution to the obvious lack of organization and scheduling error was a 20% discount. I love this place so much!! I had Aline and she gave me a very personalized treatment based on where I was carrying stress / bloat. This isn’t for the weak though!! You have to be ready to sweat and go through a massage that truly “hurts so good”. The results are so worth it!! 10/10! I always do this around traveling or when I need a reset and it’s my favorite form of self care.

Irani is a miracle worker. This was my first time getting a lymphatic massage and she is truly the best. She was attentive to my needs, she is so knowledgeable, and she made me feel very taken care of. The same goes for the front desk staff. All around 10/10 experience!

IMD was recommended to me for post-op massages and Aline has truly been a god-send! Everyone from front desk to the owner and my masseuse made me and my mom feel very comfortable and welcomed. It was super clear to me that Aline is very skilled in post-op lymphatic drainage as each light touch melted away my aches and bloated feeling. I’m very grateful to have this gem near me!
