So great! Who knew a good stretch could make you feel so great- now I do! InMotion Wellness is so creative in their approach to mobility. The team assessed my range of motion and muscular imbalances and then created an individualized program just for me. Everyone here, especially my motion specialist is so professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They are anti-pain, so I know I'm always in good hands. I highly recommend you come see for yourself! It's a game changer.

I have been getting stretches with Dee at this Centennial location for a few months now and she’s very considerate of my health and pain during sessions. She’s very calming and gives great advice for stretching to try at home. She also gives insight into what some of my pain could be caused by and how to improve it

I’ve been coming for a few months. Staff here is always friendly. I go to the same stretch technician (Dee) each time. She is knowledgeable about the human body, and always work with me on parts of my body that needs extra loving. After every session, I always feel more calm and relaxed. I would compare it to the same soothing calm feeling you get after a massage. It’s truly a treat to myself.
