A few years ago, UCM added an extension of the gym to accommodate the growing number of students, dance clubs and sports teams. I haven't returned in three years, but I think it will continue to expand. I definitely enjoyed using the facilities here, including the dance classes and fitness equipment. The students and cleaning maintenance kept these gyms so clean. It often looked spotless every morning. The health clinic is also located in this building as well, which is fantastic for those who want flu shots, physical check ups, or other health issues.

The only thing missing here is a swimming pool. UCM REALLY needs a swimming pool. It gets extremely hot during the summer, which is why I knocked off one star. It's been more than ten years and a pool has not been part of the plan! When will it ever have a pool?

The leg extension machine has been broken since summer. The fall semester it’s about to start and it is still broken. You guys should add more heavy weight in this gym because the other one is not open all the time.

Expensive membership and it's on the UC Merced campus. They have squat racks, benches, dumbbells, ezbars, machines, cardio machines + T.V.'s, a large basketball court, and the bathrooms are very well kept. If you're a student, you should have access to this already as it's included in your tuition. If you're not a student and you don't work on campus, probably should just go to an In-Shape in Merced.

It's nice to be able to use exercise machines that actually turn on. Plus, the place is much cleaner compared to others I've been to.

It's a nice gym for UCM Bobcats; it could be better and bigger but let's just be happy with whatever we got 🙂

Good hours during the school year and a good variety of equipment. There is, however, very limited resources so it gets busy quickly.

For the campus being so new it's pretty nice seeing everything here at the gym.
