Hands down the BEST bed & breakfast I’ve ever been to!!! Jen & Brett (the owners) go above and beyond from the moment you arrive. Jen’s attention to detail is truly unmatched! The inn is absolutely GORGEOUS and their lot is unbelievable. The food is incredible and they make everything from scratch with homemade & family recipes. The Inn is spotless. The sauna is so cozy. You also get all the puppy cuddles you want with their dog Fiona (the cutest!!!) & she will also go on a hike with you if you’d like! I could rave on and on about how amazing their hospitality is and how absolutely wonderful the Journey Inn is!! 10 stars!!! Definitely recommend booking there ASAP & I look forward to my next trip down there in December! 🥰

Jenn and Brett are fantastic hosts! We stayed in The Cottage for our Gals weekend. The Cottage is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom building just a few steps away from the main building but it felt like we were in our own world amongst the beautiful nature of the valley. The weather was below zero but we stayed warm and cozy, especially as the floors are heated in some rooms. The attention to detail is above and beyond: lovely decor, refreshing orange scented lotion in the bathrooms, soft sheets and ample blankets on King sized beds, dvds, an amazing selection of books, games, and every kitchen utensil you would need! The sauna was a welcome relaxation spot (especially in the negative temperature). The gift shop had a great selection of fun items. We also loved the 5-course breakfast (an additional charge but WELL worth it)! The hosts put creativity and heart into this space and it shows! We definitely want to visit again in warmer weather!

I really cannot say enough good things about this place. The owners are amazing humans and the space they have created is healing and nurturing and lovely in all the best ways. Came here with a group of girlfriends for a impromptu spa day. Couldn’t have been happier with all that we experienced. Japanese Soaking Tub, Sauna, Magnesium Foot Baths and a Sound Bath Healing! Truly a life-changing experience! If you go, please say HI to the very beautiful, Fiona 😍

My stay at the Journey Inn was amazing. Jen and Brett are great hosts. They really pay attention to detail. For example, the linen was ironed and high quality. The food is fresh with thought around nutrition. I felt the tranquility and peace. I highly recommend.

My stay this weekend at Journey Inn was just what I needed! The owners, Jen and Brett, were so kind and attuned to every little need. The room was beautiful and food absolutely amazing. It is situated between the bluffs with hikes both onsite and down the road. Their dog (Fiona) herds you to the hike when asked and is so incredibly sweet. You can feel the love that they have poured into the B&B. I can't wait to go back again soon!

The Journey Inn is such a special place and Jenn and Brett are wonderful hosts. They go above and beyond. You can tell they put so much thought into everything they do. Their place is so clean and cute and their breakfast recipes are healthy and amazing. It’s an amazing getaway!

From the moment we arrived at Journey Inn, Jenn, Brett, and Fiona made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We appreciated many thoughtful touches (locally sourced food, quality bath products, fresh-baked granola, tips for exploring the surrounding area), and the amenities on the property are fantastic (sauna, bikes, nature). We especially enjoyed a hike up the coulee and easy walk in the woods on the property. It was a peaceful weekend―we’d come back in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay at the Journey Inn! The house & room were charming, the bed was fantastic (great sleep), and the breakfest was a four course feast of overnight oats, yogurt & fruit, salad with lettuce grown from their own garden, and a delicious quiche & roasted potatoes. They greet guests with a charcuterie board, and also had a extremely tasty lemon poppy bread and cookies. There is a sauna on site with a window looking out in the woods which was a perfect way to unwind at night. We were really taken with the natural beauty of the property, complimented with the comfort of the Inn itself. Our stay was a little last minute but Jennifer and Brett were so accommodating - we really appreciate their kindness and flexibility. True hosts! They deserve every bit of this 5 star review, and we hope to be back!
