Great venue. Even though it is open to smokers, the air purifier works VERY well. Had a blast with hubby. Drinks and food were great. Games were fun with a wide variety. Love playing craps, but opted for the digital version instead of live playing tables. Great time.

We stayed at this hotel on our way home from GA. The room was absolutely nice. We did get a military discount for the room, what I didn’t like is the room was advertised to us for $72 plus the deposit for incidentals. We were not informed that there was like $30 for taxes. 2 different kinds of taxes. All an all the room was used for what it needed to be used for.

Would have given a higher score had the casino been fully functional but it seemed like more machines were down than up I actually did not understand how most of the games work because they have no clear wording so instead of spending my money I took my money and I went somewhere else so I'll remember real quick why I hate gambling and you know what I'm glad I don't do it I put a $5 bill in a machine hit a button and it disappeared And this happened because there was no clear indication of how much I was playing so I even left the $15 free credit on the card because I did not want any more part of that I went and got a snack and enjoyed the view from my hotel room which their pizza sucks now on the way home that's different story I'll tell that at the proper location so if you're following me go to the pilot truck stop and read that because it's epic and it's better than anything a casino could have ever offered

Unreal. Never lost so much so fast. $800 in 45min. Not betting crazy. Biggest wins was $46 once, $20 twice (300 in). 7 bonuses on 1 machine added to $42 on a $2.50 bet. It's not the $ loss, but the playtime/loss ratio compared to any other casino. Every person I sat near & most I saw in here shaking their head & and commenting how rough it was. My 2nd of 2 experiences like this here. Never again. -- I hit casinos every week all over the state for 2yrs. Stay Away! The rare winner post does not reflect the thousands that don't. I'm a gambler, this is not gambling. It's donating. No AI auto-reply needed.
**Watched others play the same machine (fat frog) for 2hr. Hundreds of 'feeds' at 'max fat', never paid out. Watched another 90min. That lady was on there the entire time I was here on her machine. It was at max also. Finally paid out - $36. Every other casino plays alike, sometimes heavy losses but not outside the ratio. This one... Something feels off.

Most everything is nice...
Except, it took us a while to realize that it does not have a phone in the room! We had contacted the front desk at least 3 times about that....but, no phone/maintenance person ever showed up throughout our 2 night stay... Also, was told later that we have to call if we wanted daily room clean/fresh towels...tough to do without a phone!!

The rooms are recently renovated and are very nice. The only complaint I have was that there was grease or something on my bedsheets and the last two times we stayed the ac would not cool down below 72. The room was hot and stuffy so it was hard to sleep.

This hotel is very deceiving in pictures and is way overpriced. It is not a resort but they automatically charge you a resort fee now without even telling you about it I got charged it and was not aware of it. The hotel is on top of the casino so it is loud and as soon as you walk in all you smell is cigarette smoke. The hotel does not offer microwaves or freezers in the fridge.The bed is very hard. The front desk staff AKA assistant manager Dallas is very rude and disrespectful. My bed had whole in sheets and comfort and was never replaced. I had to wait forever to get coffee after room service called three times and still even after tipping a gentleman they still never returned back with the stuff that I needed when said he would bring it back up.Dallas was very rude and inappropriate to employees at the bellhop center and would not let them Park our vehicle. When I went to check out I could not even check out because the person was too busy smelling perfumes that someone was trying to sell or something blocking the door to exit the hotel in between the two. I have stayed in many Margaritaville and I'm not sure how this hotel can even honor that name because it's very disappointing all below average all thumbs down except for the restaurants. No gift shop as advertised in the pictures as well. Oh and their best rooms that I tried to get I was told they do not book out they only give them to VIP and I'm pretty sure that was the room I booked. They also charge you $100 security deposit when their system says $50 and I was not even told that upon booking it did not know that till I got there. The bathrooms on the first floor are very disgusting. I complained about this stuff to Dallas and all she could ask me is if I wanted to check out. Issues were never fixed the whole time I was there and I was there for two days doing everything at their convenience because how it is set up and because I was in a U-Haul. And the only reason I stayed is because I could not even get a refund on a cancellation even though I was trying to cancel it a day before because it was so disappointing.

The casino kinda sucks, after playing 2 $100 bill's in the slots, I finally tracked down a cocktail waitress for a drink. Loosing feel's a little better if you can get a drink. The machines seem to be wound up tight. After spending $300 I finally got a $10 bonus spin. I had better luck at the other casino's. And this was my second trip there. Same results both times.
