They were so nice, I was a little early and they invited me to enjoy the aqua massage while I waited. I had a seaweed facial and it was marvelous! Highly recommend the monthly membership! You can go anywhere in the US to enjoy their services.

called on saturday and spoke with Sydney over the phone, she helped me with all my giftcard questions, and service needs. she recommended some therapists and even helped me book with those she recommended! she let me know they offer a monthly deal which is exactly what i’m looking for! thanks sydney !!

I just finished a 90 minute massage, and am currently sitting in the HydroLuxe cooling down. This is my first time here. Walking in it's a beautiful lobby area where you check in, then I got bright back to the waiting room where I filled out some paperwork. The waiting room is really nice too. The chairs are super comfy, and they offer you wanter. Then omgosh, the massage! Esmeralda did an amazing job. Perfect pressure, and afterwards I felt like Jell-O. Then they told me I had a 10 minute session in the hydro luxe and man, that was so nice? Now my whole body is tingly and relaxed. I'm ready for a nap! Lol. Absolutely recommend!!! Everyone's so nice, and I very much enjoyed my massage. My camera deleted the picture of the Hydro Luxe. Sorry

Fantastic experience! It was the best massage spa I’ve ever been to by far. The front desk was very kind and helpful. It was very refreshing to see such outstanding customer service. My therapist was incredible, she was very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very relaxed and she helped relieve a lot of my aches and pains. I decided to start their membership program because I know I need to get in monthly to continue to improve my lower back pain. Their membership is a great deal and super flexible because there’s no commitment. Can’t wait to go back!

I come here every month and the service is always fantastic. The front desk is always amazing. Sydney is always so kind and caring, always willing to help and work with me. Jasmin is amazing as well. She connects with clients around her and is always doing what she can to help me out! My services are always incredible, I walk out feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready to start my week over again.

I'm SO glad this place opened up next to my favorite coffee shop! Elyssa has been incredible. She gave me a wonderful Swedish massage with hot stones, and I loved it so much that I signed up for their monthly membership. Only 4 hours after my first massage, I was in a car accident. I scheduled a week after (today), and she was so kind and caring. She customized the massage to fit my needs post whiplash, and I feel so much more relaxed and cared for. I can't wait to return for my next one!

I agree with the others who have stated the frustrating rates of cancellation. The price is good and overall the massage therapists are good but if you’re looking for consistency, this is not the place to go or get a membership. To put this in context, I started the monthly membership May 2023 and as of October 2023 (6 mos) I have had 5 cancelled appointments. I was never even notified about one of the cancellations until I showed up. I understand emergencies happen but when there’s always cancellations that’s a different story. It’s not worth the guessing game for me of whether or not my appointment is going to occur, I need more consistency.

I’ve been going to Cecile at this location every month for nearly two years and she and the staff are incredible! 100% recommend. Staff are friendly and helpful, the membership is affordable, and the facility is relaxing and clean.
