I recently called MassageLuXe and spoke with Sydney Locash. I was very impressed with her level of customer service. I was interested in services for myself and gift certificates. She had wonderful knowledge of all products and services and was very sweet and kind with her personal attention to my inquiries as I would be a new customer. I was very impressed with Sydney's professionalism and customer service.

Great deep tissue massage from Tommy! He communicated clearly on pressure level and techniques. It was effective at loosening the knots and tension without being painful.

5 yrs ago started going to Denver, started a membership within several months. Had 7-15 hrs banked as could not get appts or when scheduled 30-60 or more days out, appts made cancelled because of staff vacations. Great esthetician now, svc intermittent for yrs, able to get same person for massage a couple of times before gone, have a svc listed which never has had. Inexperienced hires which can be rude like Mindy and others stated and whom decide after upsetting client to cancel appt. if Littleton ofc had not opened would have never gotten hrs down, recently V left co, no one stated, went for appt and all I could hear is everything the person couldn't do (even though I kept compromising) then she decided I was upset even though I wasn't (just wanted massage) and she decided to cancel my appt after having driven 26 miles. After talking with mgr feel this was orchestrated. Front desk person blocked my exit; then, appeared to go into a melt down, tearing, ringing her hands, etc. Asked the woman what happened to V (person with whom the appt was made) and told left co. When she stated I asked for adds not listed on appt (which I know I did), merely told her to check the records which will show long-standing 90 plus 2 adds. Don't know how many times I requested adds and not placed in system or told don't worry if they weren't listed as did not increase time. Shut down Denver on Sundays, Littleton was empty other than 1 staff and CSR.

Had just finished physically moving contents of 3 rm ofcs, getting ready to go out of town with 20 hr drive. Now, no massage.

Decided on membership as I was caring for 2 special kids these past 4-5 yrs whom are doing good but wears out a 60+ person. Have actually gone to other places over the years just to receive services because I couldn't get an appt with ML. Have hundreds of clients and vendors, nail, hair and don't have the issue as with ML. Customer service is severely lacking and tired that new gens have to be emotionally coddled....how unprofessional.

Worse is the mgr telling me for the past year how lucky I am to have this membership at the rate I pay; yet, when I check against web site not off the mark. Also, noted that web site shows times I can get appts that I want but not at member rate. ML won't answer the question direct about having to pay price listed on web vs using member hrs. Web/Walk in get appt for within a day or week. Call weeks out. Are they leaving openings for walk ins thinking members will just work around? or simply trying to get rid of people with old memberships to get more $$?

Great experience from booking to onboarding to the service. Staff especially Emma at the front is great, very nice and their membership is a nice value they make it easy to say yes! Erika was my awesome therapist and she is an absolute assassin on all your stiff and sore muscles. Go for 90 minutes you will be glad you did!

I’ve had a membership at this location for about a year now and have found the value to be very much worth the cost. I get to choose between a message and facial every month and love that flexibility, as well as the park of being able to freeze when I want to take a break. Today though I feel compelled to leave a review for Esmeralda specifically. That was one of the best massages I’ve ever had and am so grateful for her knowledge and the extra care she put into helping me today. Seriously top notch and worth checking this place out for her alone. Try it out!

PHENOMENAL SERVICE HERE!! Great Team! I experienced a refreshing Swedish Massage from therapist KORI❤️She is truly a gem and made me feel new again! Had a lot if tension in my shoulders, neck, feet & legs and she got all the kinks out! I absolutely look forward to returning to this location. Very clean and professional location~ 10 STARS⭐️

Tristan is the best massage therapist ever! He did such a great job. I pulled a muscle earlier this month while lifting and he knew exactly what to do to get me back to feeling great again.

Luna did an incredible facial both times I’ve been to her. She takes such good care and is gentle. She’s very experienced and knows what she’s doing.
