I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Minerals Hotel Resort, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.

The front desk staff, especially Sue, Rachel, and Mia, made check-in smooth and welcoming. Their warm, friendly service set the tone for the entire stay.

A big shout-out also goes to the servers at Kite Restaurant—Barbara, Conner, and Nick. They went above and beyond to ensure every meal was enjoyable, offering excellent recommendations and making each dining experience a delight.

The Elements Spa provided an amazing massage, truly a highlight of my trip. The serene atmosphere and professional service left me feeling completely rejuvenated.

The pools were fantastic—immaculate, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying some family fun. The resort itself was impeccably clean, and the staff was always available and eager to assist.

The ambience throughout the resort is incredibly family-friendly, making it an ideal getaway for those looking to enjoy quality time with loved ones. Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, the Minerals Hotel Resort offers the perfect blend of relaxation and activities. I can’t wait to return!

I recently stayed at the Crystal Springs Resort Mineral Hotel for a spontaneous birthday treat to myself, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional—thanks in large part to Rachel at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Rachel’s personable and extremely helpful demeanor set the tone for a wonderful stay.

Rachel went above and beyond in every interaction. I witnessed her upgrade a couple’s room simply because she sensed their good vibe, which, in my opinion, is a reflection of her own good energy. She extended my checkout time by an hour, allowing me to enjoy my stay without feeling rushed. And let me tell you, I asked her at least twenty questions (some of which I repeated—oops!), and she patiently answered every single one with a smile.

The facilities were excellent—the spa, gym, jacuzzi, and pool were pristine and fully equipped, and the locker room was immaculate. Even the breakfast choices at the restaurant accommodated my Daniel Fast dietary needs, which was such a pleasant surprise. Every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations, but Rachel truly was the icing on the cake.

Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine desire to ensure guests have a great experience deserve recognition. Rachel expels the best to those she serves, and she deserves nothing but the best in return. Crystal Springs Resort is lucky to have her!

We had a great experience for the two nights we stayed. Lots of fun little activities around the property, and the employees all seemed to be enjoying where they work. Jason the bartender in the Catina was super personable, communicative, and attentive. We enjoyed talking to him and in fact chose to go back there because of him with friends instead of another bar. Would love to visit on the summer.

“Fantastic Getaway Spot – Highly Recommend!”

We just stayed here for two nights, and I have to say, it was a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, everyone was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

Our room was spotless and well-equipped, featuring two screens with plenty of channels to keep us entertained. The highlight for us was the outdoor hot water pool—absolutely amazing to relax in, especially in the chilly weather. It was the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.

This is an excellent spot for a two- to three-day getaway from the city. For those interested in winter sports, there are ski resorts nearby, making it an even better destination. We had such a great time and would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing and fun retreat!

This resort being in NJ is a bonus! A few hour drive just to get away is a bonus. How awesome all the amenities were and countless things to do to keep you busy and entertained. 10/10 would recommend! The only negative thing I have to complain about were the beds. If your guests are going to be skiing and active, they want to come back to the room to relax and get a restful sleep! The mattresses are by far the lowest quality of the whole hotel. Seeing how the hotel is immaculately decorated with lots of beautiful furnishings and decked out main bathrooms, etc. it feels as if they spent their whole budget on quality of materials and looks and when it came to the mattresses, they chose the cheapest option. As a guest who would definitely come back, hopefully the next “upgrade” they do to the hotel is get softer cozier mattresses. Everything else we did was easy to get too and loads of fun! We loved the baby goats and roasting marshmallows! The pools were amazing! Our family has severe food allergies and Kites restaurant really took care of us the best of their ability! All of the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great with the kiddos and very helpful with the activities. Our kids loved that they could build their own stuffy, unlike Build a Bear, it’s a much better experience. Our family will definitely be coming back. Just might bring a memory foam mattress cover 🤣

We went at the last minute for one night in October. Luckily the weather was fantastic and we had a great time. The outdoor pool was so warm and nice. The indoor pools were also so nice and I did a water aerobic class which was so fun! I had an amazing facial with Grace. She was beyond amazing. |The happy hour with Ian in Kites was great. Dinner and breakfast at Kites also good. |Great for a quick getaway.

Beautiful grounds, clean, pleasant staff, daily activities and great spa amenities! Our room had a fire place and balcony. They have an itinerary when you check in with a lot of different things to do. The pool options alone are wonderful with sauna and steam room as well!
