Nature's Care is one of my go-to dispensaries for medical cannabis, and I’ve always had a great experience there! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, making the entire process smooth from start to finish. I usually place my orders through the in-store kiosk, which is really easy to use.

They’ve got some awesome specials too, and their Botanist brand is definitely one of my personal favorites! One thing to note is that parking can be a bit tricky during bad weather since most of it is in the back, but they do have several disabled spots and a couple of regular spots in front that tend to turn over pretty quickly if you’re looking to park closer to the door.

Overall, it’s a fantastic dispensary with great products and even better service. Highly recommend!

I put in an order today, New Year’s Eve, while they were still open. They chose not to fulfilll my order in a timely manner, so when I finally showed up to get it despite never getting the notification it was ready, they had the nerve to tell me they’re closed. I put in the order 45 minutes before closing and I was ready and waiting to pick it up. But because THEY chose not to do their job in a timely manner, I wasn’t able to get my order. I’m a regular here and this is extremely disappointing and makes me not want to go back

I like the dispensary! Always nice people there! But whomever is handling the products or the company delivering them need a different job. I am extremely dissatisfied with 1 of the products OG18 2 grams by Cresco $100 paid for 2 grams. Not trying to cause any problems but this is one thing us as consumers are paying for a product that is very good and that's why the complaints are there. I am by no means trying to put down Nature's Care Rolling Meadows location. No dispensary can be blamed for all the mess ups but we're about 4 years now to get it together.

Nature's Care is a breath of fresh air in an area dominated by corporate weed shops. I prefer them because they are a small, local business. Whenever I go, I am greeted warmly and feel welcome. They always have some sort of deal going on, and a healthy selection of products in stock. In the rare event they didn't have what I'm looking for, a simple ask will let you know when they intend to have it back in stock. The vibes here are different than other weed shops in the area. You aren't treated like a sale. You're treated like a valued neighbor and friend.

Well they dropped the vet discount from 20% to 15%, lots of product comes dry or just doesn’t work. The staff are great and the friendly, they get the 3 stars.

Very pleased with the Oracle! My first time trying Botanist flower. always loved their cartridges. This is the best weed I’ve had since I moved back from CO! Thank you so much for proving me a 20% discount; as well as taking care of me 5 minutes before closing! I wish I could take a picture of the smell! ❤️
