I went in New York Subzero Wellness for cryotherapy and red light therapy last week. It was so pleasant and I owe it all to Ana, who made my experience a dream! She checked if I was comfortable during and after the procedure. She was sincere, caring, and made sure I was meticulously taken care of throughout the duration. Other staffs were amazing as well and very accommodating! Everything looked clean and brand new. I have used similar machines at other wellness centers as well. However, machines at this establishment felt newer and better. I highly recommend this place for modern medical therapies.

This wellness spa is great! Everyone there was super friendly and made me feel really welcome. The atmosphere is so calm, and relaxing. I treated myself to a facial and red light therapy , and they both made me feel amazing afterward.
They also offered me herbal tea and a few little snacks. They explaind what treatments is for which is made me very comfortable to get more treatments in the future.
