Das Hotel ist ein hässlicher Betonbau. Innen ist es aber gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. DIe Lage direkt am Strand ist optimal. Der Strand ist an Wochenendenden aber laut und sehr stark besucht. Wirklich schlecht im Hotel ist der Zimmerservice. Nach 16:30 Uhr kann niemand mehr ein Bett anziehen...

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und wurde komplet renoviert. Ein Stück südlich vom Hotel liegt eine Einkaufpassage mit guten Bars und Restaurants. Der Strand vor dem Hotel ist gut gepflegt und sauber. Im Hotel muß man leider Bändchen tragen. Morgens gibt es eine Kaffetheke und WLAN und parken ist inclusive.

Fun overnight trip in winter with my sisters; we took advantage of the fitness center, spa, and the lobby bar. Isaac at the bar is terrific! My sister will be talking about that cosmopolitan for years. Rooms were clean and comfortable. More than one bottle of water to use with the Keurig Would be nice. The steam room was out of order, and the pool and Jacuzzi were tepid at best so that was a little disappointing. Need to put large size towels as well as cups for water in the fitness facility. Our spa treatments were much appreciated!

Bh. I got a room with a nice and beautiful ocean view, and was a nice breezy night not so Cold ❄️. And was able to capture the moment and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the ocean.🌊 🏖️, with the breezy wind 🌬️.
Did the Sun rise was really amazing amazing. Magnificent נפלאות הבורא.
The room was nice and clean,
The lobby was ready for the guests,
Quick check in and nice service.
I really enjoyed my stay.
Price was well and include the parking.

My husband and myself got a beach front room . For 1 night . The hotel is beautiful. Lobby decorated for the holidays stunning . This visit was a Christmas and Anniversary gift from my husband to have a beautiful day and night to spend together away from our kids and family. The room was expensive which we expected for a 5 star hotel . The view of the ocean was stunning. The sound so relaxing. But inside our room was not worth the cost of the room . They had a mediocre menu for room service. 8 channels to watch on cable. , heat and air conditioning did not work correctly and when it did it made a very annoying hum thet made it impossible to sleep. The bed was not comfortable ,nor were the pillows and the bathroom was completely out dated . The tub was extremely slippery and I almost fell stepping in to the shower . While showering I almost slipped two more times. The handicap bars were set way too low . The toilet was too low as well . The bathroom was cleaned appropriately. Found hair strands on the shower wall as I was stepping in to it . Outside the bathroom water mysteriously was coming up from the floor . The Hotel has always been known to be “top of the line” 5 star rating in hotels in this area . But certainly was not worth $500 for the overnight visit . When we brought it to the staff and manager attention at check out they would only state that they will look into it . We requested at minimum a reduction in the price or a comp .

We don’t visit 5 star hotels on a regular basis. But this was a special occasion. My husband worked hard to pay for all of this . We were highly disappointed. We certainly will not consider coming back here . Very disappointed. The hotel really should be a 2-3 star at most .

The scenery and ambience is nice. However if you go off season don’t expect any dining services. In the room you have showers that don’t drain correctly and leak all over the floor into the closet. The clocks and ac have a hum to them. The security staff looks sloppy and unkept. For $500 I was expecting a lot more at least things to work properly and staff that looked well kept. Also was expecting the manager to say we will just look into the matter we can’t take you for your word for it. I will not be returning to this hotel. I suggest you go to the other hotel across the boardwalk.

The lobby and rooms were nice.
Our main objective was the pool and Hot tub which was supposed to be heated based on what we were told when we made the reservation.
The pool was freezing around 75 degrees even though the attendant told us it was 86.
About 15 other people tried using the pool and many complained to the front desk about the pool temp.
We’re told it will be fixed by the morning.
When we came in the morning the front desk told us it was supposed to be 73 degrees!
Go figure!
The Hot tub which should be set to at least 102 was about 95 degrees.
So if you want a cold plunge the pool is great but if you actually want to swim, we’ll not so fun.
