Wohnung war spitze aber die Dachterrasse der Hit. Donnerstag wurden wir vom Vermieter zu einer Dachterrassen Party mit Frei Essen und Getränke eingeladen einfach tolle. Jederzeit wieder ?

Our room was booked through Expedia; it was large and the service over SMS was very helpful — thank you Sonia for letting us store our luggage before check-in. Staff at the building were nice. Everything inside was safe and the gym was great.
As feedback, I think some of the photos are outdated (there is more wear and tear) and the windows need to be soundproofed. It was quite loud, and the area outside was a little rough and far from most tourist attractions. If you’re planning to go to areas such as West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, or the beaches, stay on the other side of LA. More clear instructions on how to get in the building would also be helpful to those new to HWH (there is a door in the parking lot you can use to call valet services, who will help you if you’re staying there).
I was skeptical at first due to the aforementioned things, but I would stay again due to the safety in the building, kind service and size of the room.

We spent Halloween weekend at the One Lux HWH Downtown LA and had an incredible time.

The rooftop is beautiful, with a great pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed free breakfast (fresh bagels with bacon, egg, and cheese) with free beverages (mimosas and beers) until 4pm! We didn't even know this was included, so we were very pleasantly surprised. On top of this, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

This is also a really great location and well worth it. Especially the rooftop is fantastic. The 24-hour fitness center kept me fit and the spa removed my fatigue. The rooftop party every Thursday is also the best. Really recommend this place. A huge thank you to Matheus especially for helping out whenever there is a problem here. He immediately solves and copes with our problems. Thanks again to him. I recommend this place.

A perfect location if you are filming or working in the area. The area is rough and dirty, but this location is clean, safe, and excellent customer service. Rooms are nice with full kitchens and a rooftop pool and gym that is great too. Highly reccomend.

The apartment is fantastic and the building facilities are great. The rooftop area has everything you need and the vibe is v friendly. Super useful Downtown location and Matheus was a v friendly and informative host. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is that I look to cook and they need a better range of kitchen utensils but that’s a v minor detail in an otherwise fantastic apartment!

I loved staying at this exclusive residence
The highlight was the heated large hot tub and the gym on the rooftop that is open 24h with a breathtaking view on downtown !The location is also perfect for walking. The bedrooms are wonderful and the bedding is the best. My only drawback is not being able to live full time there !

The building is absolutely fantastic as it’s a fascinating historical building.
The apartment is great and matches the photos. The facilities and communication with Matheus was great. The rooftop area has
everything you need and the view is amazing.
The only thing is that the windows are not very nicely isolated and the noise outside is disrupting at night otherwise it’s a fantastic apartment!
