Wir hatten bereits im Dezember über Booking.com 3 Zimmer gebucht, um als Familie ein schönes langes Wochenende über den 1. Mai in Rom verbringen zu können. 2 Tage vor Flug dann der Schock - angeblich ist die Kreditkarte nicht gültig. 24 Std. Zeit um eine neue einzureichen. Gesagt, getan, aber auch die 2. Karte war angeblich ungültig. Und schon war das Zimmer "erfolgreich" storniert. Nach langem hin- und hertelefonieren mit sehr kompetenten Mitarbeitern von Booking wurde unsere Buchung wieder hergestellt. Wir haben eine andere Karte verwendet, vorher alles mit der Bank geprüft, damit nicht noch mal etwas schief geht. Und trotzdem - Karte angeblich wieder ungültig. Andere Karte verwendet, wieder mit der Bank geprüft, aber wieder ungültig und Buchung storniert. Für uns ein ganz klarer Fall: Die Zimmer, die zu dem Zeitpunkt online verfügbar waren, haben fast doppelt so viel gekostet wie zum Zeitpunkt unserer frühen Buchung. Gut fürs Hotel, denn die Zimmer wurden sicherlich gebucht, aber schlecht für uns, wir mussten super spontan eine neue Unterkunft finden. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel ein absolutes No-Go, denn auch telefonisch war für uns vor Ort auch niemand erreichbar. Auch unsere Verwandten, die in Rom leben, haben niemanden erreichen können. Eine Woche nach unserer Reise wurde vom Hotel dann sogar noch per Mail angefragt, warum wir die Zimmer denn storniert hätten. Eine absolute Frechheit!!

My husband and I had the best stay at Palazzo Nainer. We only stayed one night but I wish we stayed longer - so for me, this is definitely a place to come back to again! First of all the hotel was beautifully decorated - it was just before Christmas and the decor really made it feel very festive. The reception and concierge staff were kind and friendly. The receptionist was kind to give us an upgrade. We had a beautiful room with a terrace overseeing beautiful Roman roofs and Piazza del Popolo. It was gorgeous! The room was amazing too! When I come back, I will totally stay in that room again.
Breakfast was great - really good selection but the highlight for us was meeting Madeleine who was looking after us at breakfast. She was so kind, very professional and caring and even gave me some food to take away. I absolutely loved our chats with her and again I just wished we stayed for a few more nights so I could have the breakfast and chats with Madeleine again.
It goes without saying that the location is perfect and I always stay in this area of Rome as it’s quite easy to get to other areas from here. However, it’s the Palazzo Nainer team that made our stay so very special. Thank you!

This hotel was gladly recommended to us. We enjoyed our stay a lot thanks to the super nice staff (very welcoming front desk and breakfast team that makes you feel at home). Rooms are fantastic and feel more like 5* than 4*. They are more spacious than the Roman average and modern and tastefully furnished. Rooftop is a must! Definitely going back next time in Rome

We enjoyed so much staying at the hotel.
Excellent location, very clean, the stuff are amazing. The moment we entered the hotel the manager Ms. Pamela welcomed us very warmly and took care of all our needs. I am a vegan and I must note that Ms. Madeleine at the breakfast took care of me with a vegan breakfast and croissants. Was amazing and unforgettable stay.

Bellissima vista su piazza del popolo.
Stuzzichini, nachos con la guacamole buonissimi e abbiamo assaggiato varie tartine con salmone e philadelphia e un altro con prosciutto cruddo, veramente tutto buono.
Personale gentilissimo e servizio super attento.

I recently stayed at Palazzo Nainer for my honeymoon in Rome, and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! The beauty of the place is simply breathtaking, with elegantly designed rooms that provide a perfect blend of comfort and luxury.

The hospitality we experienced was outstanding. From the warm welcome to the attentive service throughout our stay, the staff truly made us feel at home. A special thank you to Ms. Pamela Zullo, the hotel manager, for her exceptional leadership and care for guests.

The location of the hotel is another highlight, making it easy to explore the stunning sights of Rome. We had a wonderful time, and Palazzo Nainer played a significant role in making our honeymoon so special.
