This was an excellent reflexology treatment. Attention to detail was superb. Relaxing and thorough this left me feeling well and upbeat. Long lasting effects have improved my sleep pattern so much so I would book this treatment again. Mila is a true professional. I would say I had the best massage ever .
Mila is so kind caring, and professional. She is so knowledgeable and the range of treatments available is amazing.

Very friendly welcome by Mila into a beautiful and immaculately clean therapy room. Calm, peaceful, relaxing ambience.
Mila is a highly professional therapist- very insightful.
She is very engaging and, importantly, she listened carefully and therefore tuned into what I needed. I fully trusted her advice.
All treatments /techniques were explained.
I had the MOT which was not only a fabulous treat for my body but also for my mind. The healing begins…. ✨

I have had two excellent treatments with Mila. Her holistic approach really works for me. She is friendly and insightful and really takes the time to give a great massage. The space is lovely, warm and spotlessly clean. Easily one of the best in the wider Glasgow area.
