My family and I have always had wonderful experiences with this location. The staff has been kind, knowledgeable and taken the time to answer our questions. The facility is always clean. While I understand the idea behind changing to the blue lights in the back area to create a relaxing atmosphere, it has been the opposite for us. The room is too dark to read, or get any work done if needed. We really hope you will consider changing back to the other lights.

I Just popped in for an immunity boost going into cold and flu season. I really love this location. Dominique and Carrie took very good care of me....excellent phlebotomist, I'm not a fan of needles but I barely felt it and she was very professional and friendly. No hard sell on their services, just informative and helpful. They have added some soothing blue lights, just the atmosphere you want for an hour of IV therapy. I will be back without a doubt.

Our tech was absolutely fantastic and very knowledgeable. He really pushed the level of care up another level. Additionally, the rest of the staff is very professional, kind, and try to go above and beyond for us. My wife and I enjoy the experience every time.

This place exceeded my expectations of an already great visit. The staff are all wonderful and inviting. I came here because I am enduring morning sickness with an early pregnancy and I knew I was dehydrated. The process was quick and painless. The massage chairs, blanket, and eye mask in a quiet environment was enough for me to enjoy my time but I surely feel better after the much needed IV. I will be a repeat customer for sure! The new management at the Briargate location is terrible. We scheduled our last few sessions to use before our membership expired. Megan was rude from start to finish on more than one occasion. She made it a point to tell us what we are not members, did not offer any complimentary services that we had every other time. She did not greet us even though we were one of the only customers there and was rude and short with us and the other staff there. Absolutely rude service from her with the new management. Very glad our membership is done. The customer service at this location is not what it used to be. No longer recommend the Briargate location. Sloppy, unprofessional and terrible service.

I went to the NEW location at Dublin and Powers area. The shop is awesome. I decided to try Prime for the first time, as I have a bike race this weekend. The drip I received was exactly what I was looking for. The staff was amazing and so nice!

Huge shout out to Ashley Roberts for being a sniper with starting the IV. It was a great experience and I’m sure you will NOT be disappointed.

Edit: Reached out personally after an issue and have been helpful to try and amend the situation. Minus one experience, I've been able to help meet my athletic goals with the services and ability to quickly recover and hydrate.
