Had a mentoring and reconnective healing session. The combination of both gave me the start of self awareness which directly gave me a peace of mind. The guidance given by Milly directs you to the knowledge which maybe is already available, but in my case didn't get te attention to provide me with a constructive focus.

In short, already the first session made me more aware of myself and peace of mind, without being distracted to any clutter.

In case you have the feeling running in circles, a session may be the best remedy to re-focus and break this loop to be able to change your mindset in a positive way. I highly recommend to give this a try and be open to change.

Milly was very gracious to offer me this remote RH session during a turbulent period of my life.

In the session I experienced a dialogue with my Higher Self on a topic of interest for me - the openness to and trust in receiving help from the Higher Realms vs being the active agent of my own healing myself and ‘putting in the work’ in order to ‘deserve’ help from ‘Above.’ The answer I received within myself in the session was revealing and resonated deep within myself.

Milly and I had an on-line session. Not having had one before, I didn't know what to expect. The approach is deceptively simple. Milly opened herself up as a conduit for whatever healing energy I needed to experience and I relaxed, lying down, eyes closed, for about twenty minutes. Without further direction, I experienced a variety of impressions. One of them was especially surprising and seemed to present a deliberate message, which I still have to understand. For part of the session, I was just "gone" to wherever, much like I have experienced during sound bowl healings.
