I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the 30-minute sauna session followed by a 60-minute massage at this facility, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Not only was the pricing reasonable, but the services provided were top-notch. The sauna session helped me relax and unwind, while the massage worked out all the tension in my muscles. I left feeling rejuvenated and deeply relaxed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to pamper both their mind and body

I've been training at Re-Gen with Ryan for the past 6 months and have made great progress. Ryan is a first class personal trainer and all round great guy who really gives a lot of value and support to the client during sessions and outside of the gym also. The sessions are challenging which means they're never boring which is a bonus. Re-Gen Studios is a fantastic unique facility which offers a range of services for your health, fitness and recovery . A great bunch of lads work here who are always friendly and welcoming so highly recommended

Been training with Ryan now for about 6 months and it has been a great experience so far! The sessions are always good craic and I definitely come away feeling 10x better than before. The facilities are great for recovery and overall it is class wee spot! Highly recommend?

I couldn’t recommend this place any more, the staff are so friendly, the location is perfect as I live in Belfast and the facilities are state of the art. I have been getting trained by the owner also who has really helped with my confidence and I have the option of working out with a friend which is perfect too. Using the sauna and ice bath in particular post gym sessions has benefited my recovery and has made a diaristic change to my lifestyle.
