I’ve been coming to Renew Performance Center almost daily for the past 3 months for contrast therapy, and it’s truly been transformative. Their facilities are REALLY great and they are always adding new services to help you become your best self. They have Infrared saunas, cold plunges, red light therapy, float therapy, compression therapy, lymphatic drainage, massages, and stretching.

The people here are incredibly welcoming, and I find myself staying longer just to enjoy the positive atmosphere. Gabby, the owner, is exceptional – her kindness makes every visit a boost for both my physical and mental wellness!! Highly recommend Renew to anyone who wants to take their physical and mental health to the next level.

Renew Performance Center has been just what I needed for my wellness needs. The staff, particularly Gabby and Mary, have been very friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. The ambience to the facility is very calm and peaceful, and they offer a variety of tasty wellness drinks that are behind the counter. The sauna and cold plunge are my favorite, and they are always clean and kept up nicely. Even if there is an issue, there is hardly ever a time where I don't see the issue being actively cleaned or taken care of by the staff.

I was introduced to red light therapy here and I loved it instantly. Perhaps the most relaxing service they provide is the Normatec compression. Laying back and watching the relaxing music and scenery they play on the monitors overhead during compression is perhaps what I look forward to most.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Renew Performance Center to anyone who is looking to take better care of themselves, both physically and mentally. The relaxing atmosphere, overall good vibes, and friendly staff is just the icing on the cake.

This place is super ideal after my workout at the Anytime Fitness next to it. Owner Gabby I believe owns both Renew and Anytime, was super friendly and invited me over.

I ordered the PBJ smoothie and it was delicious, the workers were top notch, transparent and friendly.

After trying a recovery session im now a consistent member as prices are reasonable as I got the bundle with my gym membership and now recovery is part of my workout routine.

Great concept, poor execution—broken amenities, hygiene/safety issues, and hidden policy changes made this a letdown.

I joined this wellness center hoping to enjoy regular sauna sessions and a refreshing cold plunge. While the staff initially seemed friendly, I ran into constant maintenance and sanitation issues—like a half-broken shower-head that fell on my foot, unpredictable schedule changes, unhygienic equipment and tub, and lack of clear policies about check-in or facility use, about which the owner was defensive or downright hostile.
* Membership Confusion: They switched my ‘unlimited’ plan and claimed ‘unlimited’ meant one single activity per day (e.g. sauna one day, cold plunge the next). Their advertising still shows ‘unlimited’ with no caveat.
* Frequent Closures: Each visit, something was ‘out of order’ (cold tub one week, float the next, etc.).
* Privacy Concerns: Amenities are in unlocked rooms off of a long hallway that is also unlocked and is accessible from the parking lot or the street. Red light is behind a curtain in a narrow part of the same hallway.
I attached a photo of the sand in the cold plunge to show it wasn’t always clean. I tried to tune out the negatives, but overall it felt more stressful than restorative each time I came. If you’re considering this place, double-check their current policies, inspect the amenities, check for safety/security, and speak with the owner before committing. If something doesn’t feel right, it isn’t. Hopefully they’ll fix these issues, or there will be new ownership, because the concept could be great—but until then, I can’t recommend it in spite of the potential.

Tried the cold plunge thanks to the owner, Gabby! I don't live in Pasadena but if I did, I would definitely visit this place often. First of all, totally friendly atmosphere. Very peaceful. Then the cold plunge was amazing! Combined with the sauna an A-1 experience.

I love this place so much. I highly recommend checking out this place for contrast therapy. It’s affordable and has plunges and infrared saunas where you can change the temperature to your preference.

The facilities are pristine and well-designed, providing an inviting atmosphere that balances calm with energy. Gabby, Mary, Ryu, and Nat are like a found family for me they take care of me so well. Renew is my safe space and has been for as long as I’ve been coming.
