First time going, very easy to make an apt and also was able to make changes to my apt time last min without problems. Staff was very helpful with positive attitudes and answered all questions I had. I got an iv drip for my sickness went wonderfully will return for more treatments.

I had a 10am appointment for an IV Drip. The girl at the front desk said the nurse was running a little behind, no big deal. 10:15 she says the nurse should be here soon. Now it’s 10:30 and she says the nurse will be here in 20 min. That’s the whole hour for my appt. This is totally unacceptable. I understand my “credits” will be reimbursed but that’s not the point. We all have busy schedules and when a well established company only schedules 1 nurse when there were 4 other people waiting in addition to myself, it’s sloppy and unprofessional. This isn’t the first time their staff have been late to appointments either. I will not be renewing my membership.

This place is amazing, it has everything, cryotherapy, full body red-light therapy, infrared sauna, etc! Plus an amazing assortment of facials with special products offered to reach your goals. I was most impressed with the nurse on premises and the offerings of various IV therapeutic treatments. They also have B12 and lipo shots. (I bought a package of those; with a monthly membership) I was intimidated by the full body cryotherapy but after seeing and talking to a few clients who come in regularly just for the cryotherapy, I gave it a try. Wow, I feel so wonderful today.

I just started going to Restore a couple of months ago and love it! I’ve tried just about every treatment. The infrared sauna, cryo, compression and hyperbaric chamber have been perfect for my recovery. Every experience has been great and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Love them. My son goes here and they are very attentive. My son has been a member for a little over a year and it’s been so helpful for him during recovery from football and baseball. Every athlete should be attending these sessions.
