THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!

As a personal trainer I know the importance of recovery and for a long time I’ve been using the sauna regularly to help with that recovery. However, the place I went to before only had saunas and nothing else really.

so, not too long ago my good friend Emily started working here and she recommended I should come check the place out!

This place 100000x better than the last place and pretty much any other place I’ve tried.

Sauna, cold plunge, and compression boots for recovery! They have it all!

Saunas are super clean, personal use/private, and they give you plenty of towels just in case you sweat like crazy like me.

Cold plunge is also super clean, it was pretty scary at first if I’m being honest but AFTER you do it you feel AMAZING, it’s like having that first cup of coffee, nothing better!

And finally today I tried the compression boots for the first time and it was super cool, on top of that I got a nice quiet room to my self where I could get some work done will helping my recovery! (They also have a TV in the room if you prefer to watch something while you have the boots on)

Highly recommend checking this place out and giving all of these things a try!

Lastly, Emily is a super sweet and helpful person if you’ve never used a cold plunge or have questions about anything she will definitely take care of you! Looks like I found my new spot and will be back for many more visits!

Without a doubt going to be my go-to spot for recovery, had a great experience! Super kind customer service from Emily who helped me, and my body felt amazing after the compression boots and infrared sauna. Couldn’t recommend it more!

This place is freaking awesome! The sweet lady at the front desk named “Douce” not sure if I spelled it right sorry was very welcoming and friendly. Right when I walked in said “Austin?” So they were ready for my appointment. Walked me over to the sauna and showed me around to the cold plunge area and had complimentary eucalyptus or lavender towels to stay cool in the sauna.

I signed up on Mindbody for the unlimited membership for gym, cold plunge, and Infared sauna and it is a steal for the price. I will be coming here Monday-Saturday since it was the only place that opened at 6am and would fit with my work schedule.

I’ll be sharing this place with my entire sales team since it is UNMATCHED. Love you guys, thank you for providing such an amazing experience

The Infared sauna can change colors each with their own unique benefits and adjustable temperature. The cold plunge was a plunge brand tub sitting at 41 degrees Fahrenheit which is SO ICY and perfect

I booked it same day within 90 minutes of appointment time at 8:15pm for my first time being here so that is freaking awesome I can book it same day within very short notice

As a triathlete, training is so hard on my legs every week they need recovery. This place offers everything I need to get them fresh again for more cycling and running.
This facility is top notch. Super clean, friendly staff who are so helpful. The cold plunge is definitely like a really cold ice bath. Next was compression boots time to refreshed the legs. There is a tv in the room to watch Netflix or other show and blankets to keep me warm after a cold plunge.
It almost feels like a spa, and was such great recovery with some relaxing. I come here often for the best recovery to keep the aches away and treat my body the best I can.

I've seen revive and restore on my social media feed had to give it a shot. I was very pleased my visit today. The staff is amazing. They gave me a walk-through of the facility and showed me all the amenities at this location. I sign up to do the cold plunged today, and it was amazing. The room set up is very nice and clean. Well organize definitely appreciate the extra towels and enjoyed my time inside the cold plunge.this place is definitely worth coming in and trying the cold plunge or the sauna. The best experience! I just did my 1st cold plunge ever and although it was tough for me to get through, the experience overall was great. Not only are the amenities top notch and the facility was super clean but the staff were so welcoming and absolutely wonderful. Dulce explained the process and gave me tips on how to go about the plunge, she was amazing. And Deb, she is always there checking in and making sure we don’t need anything, you rock! This is now my official go to spot!

This place is a hidden gem! I love to work out and push my body but never fully understood the importance of recovery. At revive and restore wellness they not only have amazing amenities they have knowledgeable staff that will discuss what is the best method of recovery for you! I am now hooked on the sauna, with many different options of light therapy I can change the focus of my sauna recovery every session. This past week I also tired the compression boots and my legs have never felt better! I can’t wait to come back to revive for more recovery sessions!

This place is the absolute best! Definitely come here for all active recovery! The cold plunge, infrared sauna, and the compression boots are great to way to recover after a week of working out! Added bonus, all the people working there are so helpful and friendly!
