Wow, this is a paradise of tranquility, beauty, hospitality and fun. The days unfold with a delicious breakfast, excellent yoga in a stunning studio, snorkeling with tropical fish and vibrant coral right in front, SUP and Kayak whenever you feel like it, and amazing jungle and water views in every direction. Your hosts (Meghan and Ryan) go out of their way to make your stay wonderful and memorable, and with only a few rooms on the property, you feel at home. It's easy to grab a launch to town or other islands, but the meals they serve are so high quality that you don't need to leave. I loved the 5 days we spent here, unplugged and in nature. Highly recommend!

There are actually not enough words to describe how special this place on Isla Solarte is. The rooms, the beds, the facilities are all excellent. The breakfast and dinner are also of a high standard, many of the ingredients come from the garden. What's also great is that you can just use the paddle boards, kayaks and snorkel gear at no cost. And you have the chance to spot a sloth in the garden. Meghan's yoga classes were a very special experience for us. The personal attention and approach makes this place and its owners unforgettable.

We had an incredible stay at ROAM Yoga and Wellness, and we honestly can’t recommend it enough. Meg and Ryan were welcoming, attentive, and have created something truly special here.||The property itself is absolutely stunning, and the views from our private balcony were among the best we’ve ever had. The food was another highlight - fresh, flavourful, and thoughtfully prepared. Every meal was a treat, and we looked forward to the delicious, wholesome dishes that were served daily except Sunday.||If you’re looking for a rejuvenating escape with breathtaking views then look no further than ROAM. We feel so fortunate to have experienced this haven and will definitely be back!

A small scale nature resort, beautifully build surrounded by jungle. Around our comfortable room we saw sloths chilling, red frogs, lizards, baby caimans, hummingbirds, corals in front of resort and lots more… food is locally sourced (from their garden), super healthy but also super tasty. The hostess is a foodie, so once you have had your breakfast or dinner, you will not want to leave to eat somewhere else. If you are looking for peace and quiet, plus comfort, plus great food, surrounded by pristine nature, then this is your place.

Beautiful grounds surrounded by jungle. Sloths, red frogs, baby caimans, hummingbirds and lots of other birds. Rooms are super comfortable. The hostess (Meghan) is a foodie and you will notice that on your plate. She uses ingredients from the garden and does magic with it. Just the perfect place to unwind…..

This is a slice of heaven in Panama. The setting is gorgeous, with both good aesthetics and the feel of being at the edge of wild jungle. The yoga studio is truly the most stunning you will ever experience and private yoga with Meghan and Ryan should not be missed - they are skilled, experienced, inventive teachers. We were blown away by the high quality, delicious, healthy dinners, made with local ingredients and clearly a lot of love and care. We snorkeled the coral reef right in front, hiked the jungle trail to Hospital Point, SUP'ed every day, kayaked across the bay, and truly relaxed. Just go - you will love it. Unplug and listen to the sounds of the jungle. Meghan and Ryan have thought of everything and all you have to do is get there and relax. Highly recommend Roam!

BEST STAY IN BOCAS! Stayed here for two nights and owners Meghan and Ryan did an awesome job making sure we had a unique stay and that everything was perfect! The property is beautiful with the dining area, rooms and yoga studio all designed for breathtaking views, and everything was SO clean. Make sure to take advantage of the free kayaks and paddleboards, and snorkel the house reef! The food is amazing, transport from town is easy, and Meghan did an awesome job helping us book tours so that we were always entertained. Definitely coming back!

One of the most beautiful places we have ever been to. The Housing and the Yoga Studio is beyond expectations. Meghan and Ryan are the most lovely and helpful people I have ever met in the Hotel Business. They realy thought about every little Detail. I can recommend everything about the place. Especially the food. We enjoyed beeing there so much. Thank you, Meghan & Ryan for this unforgetable stay. We will be back.
And please Meghan, write a cookbook. You are a true food godess and Inspiration!
