I am so happy to have found Rooted Family Wellness. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional, providing the greatest of care, whether it's infant sleep clinics, acupuncture, therapy, anything! A safe and inclusive space where you and/or your little one can receive care with the opportunity for you to bring your little one while YOU receive care is just amazing. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Long overdue thank you review to Terri for infant feeding physiotherapy; we started going to Rooted one month after the birth of our son as we were having a lot of feeding issues. Terri was so gracious and beyond helpful in supporting us during what was an incredibly difficult time. Our son ended up being diagnosed with severe reflux (GERD), but with Terri's help and suggestions we saw a huge improvement in his feeding and weight gain. I will never be able to properly thank her for all she did for our family. Also big shout out to Sylvie at the front desk who was absolutely incredible as well. This is my second 6 week series during my pregnancy and I can not recommend the prenatal yoga class enough. It’s gentle with just the right amount stretching. I wish I had it during my first pregnancy and if I have a 3rd, I will be signing up again!

I first had a video call with Erin to talk about all of the prenatal services they offered and what might benefit me the most. Front reception was very friendly and welcoming, and the space was decorated nicely which I always appreciate! I had my first appointment today with Sweta for osteopathy. She was very kind and explained the process of what she was doing, as well as giving me things to work on when at home. I will be back for more services throughout my prenatal journey and beyond. High recommend!
